Sawhorse Productions is looking for an innovative AI Experience Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven interactive experiences that transform digital engagement. This role combines technical expertise in AI and machine learning with a creative approach to storytelling, user journey design, and content generation. You’ll work closely with brand stakeholders and cross-functional teams to conceptualize, build, and refine intelligent applications that enhance personalization, increase user engagement, and ensure seamless functionality across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualization and Execution: Lead the creation and technical implementation of AI-powered interactive experiences, from ideation to deployment.

Requirements
A strong candidate for this position should have the following qualities:
- Experience in AI-driven Interactive Experiences: Proven experience in designing and deploying AI-powered applications, especially those focused on personalized user engagement.
- Machine Learning and Data Science Expertise: Proficiency in machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and data science fundamentals with a focus on real-time interaction.

We’re seeking a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence who will be a key contributor on our Corporate Analytics team in enabling our clients to make better data driven decisions on financial, operational, and clinical initiatives. This role covers internal and external customers and requires working cross-functionally to understand evolving business needs and requirements. This Privia Partner will be responsible for helping to design and develop reports, presentations, and models to guide strategic decision making of our stakeholders. The Analyst works to deliver data-driven insights to key stakeholders across the enterprise. The Analyst assists in the development of end-to-end analytics solutions efforts, working with cross-functional teams to deliver on evolving requirements and business needs, build scalable reports and applications, and deliver solutions that ultimately empower end-users in making data-driven business decisions. The Analyst also supports the execution of business- and client-facing ad hoc analyses, using data to guide strategic discussions among and between internal and external stakeholders.
Primary Job Duties:
- Originates and maintains custom programming projects, programming integration projects, and data extraction. Fluent in SQL and will mine data from Privia’s data warehouse for the purposes of supporting complex operational analyses
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses across a multitude of business issues, including pop health, revenue cycle management, payer contracting, and financial domains
- Collaborate with our Revenue Optimization and Payer Contracting teams to develop reports and alerts that will ensure that Privia is being paid appropriately for our fee-for-service and pay-for-performance contracts
- Analyze dashboards and reports for trends in KPIs and work with our Operations team to make appropriate changes to our delivery system to optimize throughput and profit
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Work closely with the Product Engineering team to ensure quality of database build prior to deployment
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field Preferred (Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent experience, preferably in healthcare
- 2+ years experience using SQL

Reporting to the Director of Provider Network Operations, the Senior Provider Network Relations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Provider Relations Department.
The Sr. Manager will develop a cohesive, fully engaged team that has a firm understanding of their role in helping the organization achieve its mission and strategic goals. Manages and maintains ongoing relationships, quality, and customer service with existing providers nationwide.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for developing the provider network yielding a geographically and cost competitive, high quality, stable provider network.
- Directs and oversees the negotiations of network provider service agreements and single case agreements.
- Contracts involve non-standard arrangements that require a high level of negotiation skills.
- Serves as key resource for other contracting staff and provides mentoring and on-the-job training and development.
- Detects network gaps and/or shortfalls and coordinates recruitment campaigns.
- Ensures that communication with network facilities and/or providers is maintained, to encourage quality participation in the Acuity provider network.
- Responsible for the timely identification and resolution of escalated facility and/or provider issues and/or quality concerns, ensuring follow up plans and interventions are timely and responsive, and supports positive partnerships with Acuity clients and network facilities.
- Oversees quarterly program reviews, facility quality reporting, examinee survey, and department weekly reporting. This includes oversight and monitoring of key operational metrics to ensure Acuity provider network participants are meeting performance expectations.
- Responsible for analysis and explanation of contractual guidelines and policies to ensure providers are properly educated on company and client procedures.
- Responsible for issue resolution as relates to contract performance, quality and/or customer service.
- Develops and maintains department operational workflows.
- May participate in interdepartmental project groups or task forces to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain a specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, new task efforts, contract awards, and new policy requirements.
- Performs duties in a safe manner.
- Follows the corporate safety policy.
- Ensures safe operating conditions within an area of responsibility.
- Identifies “close calls” and/or safety concerns to supervisory personnel.
- Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
