As the Senior Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead all aspects of our large client projects to ensure our projects are on task.
  • Speak directly with clients and coordinate with project team members.
  • Lead client check-in meetings and internal allocation meetings for client projects.
  • Work with team leads to ensure processes are consistent throughout our projects.
  • Contribute to the improvements of current project management processes.

  • Goal: Exhibit ownership of all aspects of a project at Social Driver, including taking the first attempt at resolving issues, creating and managing budgets, and identifying new opportunities and processes.
  • How: A Senior Project Manager will work with the project team to ensure that their projects are being completed in a timely manner, on budget and on task. She / he will also work with the Director of Project Management to identify new processes or opportunities to improve existing processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of agency project management.
  • Demonstrated understanding of WordPress and Drupal website development projects.

We are looking for: an experienced and visionary Director of UX to lead our team of UX Designers and Researchers. This role is a critical leadership position responsible for transforming our UX practice into a strategic driver of our product’s success. As Director of UX, you will be the advocate for our customers’ needs, ensuring that our products are not only visually appealing but also intuitive, easy to use, and impactful to the bottom line. You will have a seat at the table in all major product decisions and collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and the Executive team to deliver an experience that excites our customers and drives sales win rates.

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a talented team of UX Designers and Researchers. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence in UX practices.

  • Drive Innovation: Introduce innovative, user-centered design solutions that differentiate our products in the market and drive high win rates. Focus on creating delightful and impactful experiences that contribute to revenue growth.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Oversee user research, usability testing, and data analysis to deeply understand customer behavior and preferences. Translate these insights into design decisions that create value.
  • Design Leadership: Own and refine the design systems, standards, processes, and guidelines for the team to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across our products. Balance aesthetics with functionality to meet both customer and business needs.

What will I be doing in this role?

The Financial Business System Analyst will have the primary responsibility of assisting in data analysis, solution definition, applications development and maintenance and enhancements for finance, claims processing, revenue management, and billing systems. Primary duties include:

  • Automate reports and write ad-hoc reports based on the available data. Analyze process and data flows from other system(s) to ensure timely, accurate and consistent data transfer.

You will tackle important scale projects as SeatGeek expands into more markets, while also growing the enterprise customer base to hundreds. The Cloud Infrastructure team also leads SeatGeek’s external technology presence by contributing to the various open-source projects that we use.

As a Director and member of the product and engineering leadership team, you will contribute to the development of SeatGeek’s short and long-term strategy, quarterly goals, yearly plans and budgets.
