You Will:

  • Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to create engaging, user-centric designs for a variety of marketing initiatives, including our website, social media platforms, email campaigns, packaging, website, and app.
  • Conceptualize and present innovative ideas to the design, marketing and product teams, generating both enthusiasm and buy-in.
  • Play an instrumental role in shaping design at Owlet — expanding and refining our design system and patterns to ensure efficiency and consistent visual language across all touchpoints.
  • Support your designs by using design best practices and insights, which include quantitative/qualitative data, site metrics, audience segmentation, and feedback.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in a Graphic, Brand or Visual Design role.
  • A portfolio with examples of previous work specifically showing the depth of your visual craft.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams balancing both speed and quality of work.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and current design trends.
  • Has used data (like user engagement metrics, customer insights) to inform their design decisions.
  • Skilled in Figma, Adobe CC and other design tools.

As a Director of Brand + Web Design, you’ll:

Responsibilities:

  • Champion and challenge your team to ensure creative excellence, collaboration and proactive communication in the pursuit of building a global brand
  • Set and communicate the design vision for projects, aligning with broader business goals by partnering on creative brief development and engaging with weekly capacity planning 
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams, articulating design decisions, timelines, strategy and ensuring designs align with business goals
  • Conduct regular design reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring consistency and creative excellence across all projects 
  • Lead and execute award-winning creative across campaigns and events
  • Oversee the creative and technical direction of web projects, ensuring the design team leverages the full potential of Webflow while maintaining high standards of design, UI/UX, scalability and usability

Who are we looking for

An experienced security analyst with expertise in endpoint detection and response (EDR) products, as well as anti-malware tools and other endpoint security controls. This person will join State Street’s Security Platforms team, which is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting the key security tools supporting our Cyber Fusion Center. Success in this role will require security knowledge, expertise in enterprise security tools, and problem solving skills.

What will you be responsible for

  • Ensuring the security of State Street by delivering the most capable and reliable security tools for our incident responders and threat hunters
  • Educating other teams within the Cyber Fusion Center on the capabilities and use cases of our security platforms, including in threat detection, incident response, threat hunting, and insider investigations
