We’re looking for people who:
- Ideally have 5+ years of web development experience

- Project management experience, including setting deadlines, creating estimates, and QAing their team’s work
- Familiar with server-side development in Node.js
- Experience ingesting, creating, and managing APIs

The role:
Reporting to the VP, Product Design, you will transform the product experience for our SMB customers by leading our design discipline over the “Win Work” group. This is our most expansive group, encompassing every aspect of helping our customers get found, win jobs, and deliver best-in-class communications. You will oversee the experience of our core CRM, marketing suites, quoting and estimating, and our AI receptionist. You will ensure they provide impactful, high-quality, user-centric experiences tailored to the unique needs of home service businesses. This highly collaborative role requires close coordination with stakeholders across Jobber, as you pioneer intuitive solutions that simplify complex processes and significantly enhance our users’ daily operations.
In this role, you will
- Contribute to the Leadership Team by shaping, communicating, and driving our long-term user experience strategy.
- Collaborate with other product leaders to communicate clear ideas and vision to Jobber’s Executive team.
- Partner with leaders in Product Management and Engineering within the Win Work product groups and communicate a product vision that gets everyone at Jobber excited.
