We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Copywriter (B2B) to join our dynamic team of writers and content strategists. Reporting to the Director of Content Marketing, this role will focus on writing copy that supports our mission and drives engagement for various channels, including digital, ads, web, social, email, and events.

As a Copywriter, you will work closely with our content, design, brand, demand gen, and product marketing teams to create content that not only inspires but also educates our diverse audiences. This is a full-time, fully remote position.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional copywriter with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise across various formats. This role requires someone who is passionate about mental health and driven to create compelling content, from digital campaigns to brand narratives, and who thrives in a collaborative team environment.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Write, edit, and optimize copy for digital channels, including ads, landing pages, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Develop copy for B2B marketing materials that capture the attention and solve problems for both end-users and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing teams to create consistent, on-brand messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Create persuasive B2B sales collateral and thought leadership content that conveys value to potential partners.
  • Support B2B initiatives with clear, empathetic messaging to connect with HR leaders, benefits-decision makers, consultants, the C-suite, and more.
  • Contribute to campaign ideation, offering fresh perspectives and a strong understanding of how words can shape user experience.
  • Incorporate SEO best practices into content, ensuring copy is discoverable and reaches the right audiences.
  • Ensure all messaging aligns with our clinical pillars and is sensitive to mental health topics.

What success looks like in this role: 

  • Timely completion of projects against SLA’s

What we expect from you:

  • 3-4 years of B2B copywriting experience in-house or at an agency, with health-tech experience preferred
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create within a consistent brand voice,produce engaging copy across multi-variant campaigns, and drive conversions through compelling content and CTAs. 
  • Strong storytelling abilities with an emphasis on clarity, empathy, and engagement
  • Proven ability to drive organic traffic through SEO best practices and blending keyword strategy with compelling content
  • Ability to adapt tone and style to fit various audiences, including HR leaders, benefits consultants, the C-suite, and mental health members 
  • Familiarity with mental health or healthcare industry terminology is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

We are looking for an ambitious, data-driven Product Manager to lead our Marketing Spend Intelligence initiative. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, marketing, and finance to optimize how we spend marketing dollars to drive our growth – currently at $450M+ premium in force and growing 58% YoY. You will set the vision for this space in collaboration with stakeholders and technology colleagues and manage the product through the full development lifecycle including research, validation, presenting your proposals to senior leadership, executing with your dedicated engineering team, and sharing performance results.

You will develop a solid understanding of Kin’s business, our customers, and our operations. You will have the opportunity to hone your product management skills by working across our robust platform and leading your development team. A day in the life could include: 

  • Working closely with the Product Director to define and communicate the product vision
  • Assist in creating and managing product roadmaps that address the biggest needs in our business and meaningfully impact our OKRs, while delighting our customers and other end users
  • Digging deep into our data and product experience to understand the most significant problems that users face, and working with design and engineering to develop and test solutions
  • Collaborating with the user research team and sharing key learnings with your development team, the product team, and the company
  • Partnering closely with the development team to socialize your product plans, and collaborate with them to size the work and find ways to make it better through team feedback
  • Writing user stories that provide all of the details needed by our development teams to develop key features
