Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee marketing programs and ensure channel effectiveness, measurable results, and timely follow-up by sales team.
  • Supports new solution launches, retention campaigns, monitor strategic add-on sales, and offer unique solutions that accelerate sales efforts and support revenue goals.
  • Actively monitor the marketing and sales pipeline dashboards and metrics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 4-6 years relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on use of Marketo or another marketing automation platform
  • Understanding of the transitions of care space or healthcare tech space
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Content development and writing experience, such as webinars, white papers, or blogs
  • Basic understanding of sales organization dynamics and pipeline generation tactics

About the role and why it’s unique:

As a Senior Product Designer at Underdog, you will lead the charge in re-envisioning onboarding experiences for our mobile applications. Your work will be critical in creating intuitive, delightful, and engaging experiences that help new users get started quickly and unlock the full potential of our Fantasy and Sports Betting products.   • Lead current product design solutions while identifying future optimizations and enhancements

About the Role:

As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Search, you will design, build, and implement NLP-based systems that have a direct impact on the user experience. ML-based search models are used at Fetch to improve our ability to understand receipt data as well as power in-app search. When our search models get better, users get more points and Fetch earns more revenue!

Beyond technical implementation, you’ll serve as a “tech lead of tech leads”, which will put you in a position to influence the direction of multiple ML projects within this domain. Your skills and experience will level up the people around you and inform the vision of the Machine Learning team as Fetch deepens its investment into ML.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.

In your Toolbox (Minimum Requirements):

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in building NLP and information retrieval systems for commercial applications
  • 2+ years experience leading technical initiatives that span multiple teams
  • Demonstrated experience in building and deploying high-performance ML systems with specific attention to latency and throughput requirements
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks.
  • Experience with large datasets, data pipelines, and deploying ML models to production environments.
  • Deep understanding of both traditional and vector-based search algorithms (from TF-IDF to HNSW and everything in between)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.
