We are seeking a Senior Digital Visual Designer to join our creative team, partnering with a global leader in pharmaceutical innovation. In this role, you will leverage your mastery of digital design to craft visually compelling solutions that elevate ordinary and clinical content into experiences that inspire and inform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, working within a design system to create assets targeting healthcare providers and communicating the company’s message with clarity, helping to bridge the gap between groundbreaking science and the communities it serves.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Excellence: Develop innovative and visually stunning designs for digital platforms, including websites, applications, presentations, and campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mastery across digital mediums (e.g., web, mobile, interactive design).
- Aesthetic Vision: Demonstrated ability to find and create beauty in complicated content, making the complex approachable and engaging.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant applications. Animation and motion graphics experience is a plus.
- Design Systems: Experience working with and contributing to design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across projects.
- Leadership Abilities: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead projects independently, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage timelines effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design choices clearly and persuasively.

What You Will Do:
- As part of our Workday Practice, you’ll be part of a new and energized team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology
- From initial assessments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workday Financials solutions equipping organizations with the information they need to make better business decisions
- As an Extend Consultant at Guidehouse, you will be responsible for designing and developing Extend applications for our customers who are implementing Workday as a solution
- The applications you create allow our customers’ to operate beyond the Workday standard functionality

- Lead other integration consultants through Workday deployments
