Develop and manage detailed project plans for web content and development initiatives, including timelines, resource allocation.
Support a Web Refresh project
Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, development, product marketing) and external vendors to execute project plans efficiently and effectively
Facilitate regular status meetings with project stakeholders to keep communication channels open and expectations aligned.
Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and take corrective action as necessary to keep projects on track
Ensure effective quality control processes are in place to maintain the highest level of web standards.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all project materials are accessible and up-to-date.

About the role:

We are looking for experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) research engineers that have hands-on end-to-end experience spanning from data pipelining to modeling training to deployment. - Strong background in deep learning concepts, architectures (e.g., Transformers, LLMs, GANs, etc.), and training techniques (e.g., Fine-tuning, self-supervised learning, transfer learning, etc.).
- Expertise and hands on experience with generative AI approaches: SFT, RAG, DPO, RLHF, etc.

- Partners with CFM and GE repair network leadership for capacity planning and sourcing strategy within the internal and external global MRO space.
