Position Overview:

Vectra AI is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Webflow Developer to manage and maintain our corporate website, ww.vectra.ai. The Webflow Developer will be responsible for creating, updating, and optimizing web pages, ensuring a seamless user experience, and implementing best practices in design, accessibility, and SEO. This role will also involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to support content delivery and enhance the digital presence of Vectra AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert on the Webflow platform, ensuring efficient and high-quality content management and publishing.
  • Maintain and update the Vectra AI website, leveraging Figma comps and copy decks and often including technical specifications, content, graphics, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Creative Services, and other stakeholders to support digital initiatives.
  • Build and prototype new pages, features, and functionality using Webflow, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolution efforts with internal and external teams.
  • Optimize website performance, ensuring adherence to usability, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO best practices.
  • Provide production support for content updates, site localization, and general maintenance tasks.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and publishing guidelines.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, including automation of routine tasks.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in web design, development, and CMS tools to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2-5 years of Webflow web development experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools and reporting.

Design and Accessibility:

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-platform compatibility.

Collaboration and Communication:
