As Evolve continues to grow its network of vacation rental properties, we are leaning more heavily on our customer-facing experiences to serve the growing customer base of homeowners, network partners, and travelers. These product experiences need to live up to our brand mission to make vacation rental easy for everyone.
As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating and improving the user-experience across our Evolve portfolio. You will work with Sr. Product Designers to drive innovation and creativity, and assist product & engineering teams in building user centric products in an agile development organization. The experiences you design will exceed our customer expectations, meet stakeholder requirements, and drive business results.
What you’ll do
- Contribute to a user-centric design culture by bringing processes and frameworks that increase the quality of user experience across all products.
- Translate user problems and business concepts into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Rapidly create, prototype, user test, iterate and deliver detailed designs to product and engineering teams that are optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Build and enforce systems and practices that keep experiences consistent and accessible across our React and Salesforce Community products
What makes you a great fit
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience with UX, with well-rounded expertise in visual and interaction design and the ability to communicate design specifications to Product Managers and Developers.
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and an understanding of responsive design
- Experience gathering user feedback and conducting research through surveys, user testing, a/b testing, rapid prototyping
- Ability to translate requirements and research and generate multiple solutions to a given problem
- Proven track record in building consumer experiences on web and mobile that are designed for conversion
- Experience in agile environments partnering with engineers and product managers
- Familiarity with design systems and accessibility a plus
- Familiarity with Sketch, Figma, Miro
- Ability to work effectively with teams and remotely
- Ability to work on ambiguous problems with little direction.
Location

Compensation
For this role our salary range is $109,000 to $125,000, depending on relevant experience

What You’ll Do:

- Be the authoritative expert on ezCater’s data. Resolve questions and inconsistencies with our data products by tracing lineage and your expertise in our systems and infrastructure.
- Identify and pilot industry leading tools to continue investing in our modern cloud-based tech stack.
- Own the product roadmap for Data Products within our Financial Data Warehouse. Work with our finance team to set priorities and objectives and track progress.
- Lead user acceptance testing of functional requirements.
- Identifying opportunities in our internal user’s data experience and bridging the gap between engineers, analytics, and other data consumers.
- Drive the prioritization of projects and overall vision to develop an organizations’ internal capability to effectively operationalize data.
What You Have:
- 3+ years of experience working in a data engineering or analytics team. 2+ years as an owner of a Data or Analytics Product strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative discipline, Computer Science or Engineering preferred. Masters a plus.
- Strong data analytics background with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with business and engineering partners to translate business needs into results.
- Experience with data warehousing, data lakes, ELT process, and enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Azure. Proficiency in SQL is required.
- Strong communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and work seamlessly with Engineering groups. Track record of developing complex multi-quarter product plans that align business and engineering priorities.
- Experience in SQL, Python/R, Tableau/Looker, and other relevant BI tools with related experience analyzing data as well as writing queries and reports.
- Can work seamlessly with Engineering groups. Experience with Agile software development tools such as Jira or other Agile reporting tools
- A disposition that is friendly, flexible and pragmatic, and the desire to learn something new every day and continue to grow.
The national cash compensation range for this role is $116,000-$157,000* per year.

About the role:
We’re looking for a Senior CRM Manager, with a Retention-First mindset to join our growing team. Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 8+ years experience in CRM & Lifecycle, subscription experience a plus
- A knack for managing complexity and paying attention to the finer details, while also seeing the big picture and appreciating progress over perfection
- Customer-centric mindset with experience using customer insights (qual and quant) to inform business strategy and day-to-day decision-making
