In this newly created role, you’ll be part of our developing marketing team. Reporting to our Fractional Chief Marketing Officer, you will support the organization to build high-quality, high-impact marketing campaigns that will drive global youth engagement in our digital programming and learning experiences.

The role is specifically responsible for the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns including branding, content, design, production, scheduling, and data analysis.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate an annual communications calendar with messaging planning for campaigns and outreach.
  • Identify and use the appropriate digital channels for communications needs (e.g., blogs, landing pages, social media posts, paid/unpaid ads, targeted emails, automated communications, etc.).
  • Write or coordinate content for communications and outreach campaigns and design creative and engaging graphics and images that partner well with copy.
  • Support regular updates to website content using WordPress and Elementor page design.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative details to assess the effectiveness of digital campaigns against marketing goals and present results to marketing leadership.
  • Prioritize and work on multiple projects at once while managing competing deadlines.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with others.
  • Seek and respond to feedback with openness.

You Must Have

  • 2-4 years of project-based marketing or communications experience.
  • Spoken and written fluency in English.
  • Strong copywriting and long-form writing skills.

Experience with:

  • Digital graphic design and production.
  • Social media and email marketing systems and analytics.
  • Microsoft Office or Google docs, spreadsheets, and chat tools.
  • Website production, ideally with Elementor or WordPress.

  • Local nonprofits or international NGOs.
  • Youth programming and/or engagement.
  • Fundraising communications.
  • Equity and inclusion efforts within an academic or professional setting.
