Why this role

Advisors of Listing Activation help create and maintain stand-out online listings for Evolve homes across vacation rental listing sites including Airbnb, Vrbo, and Evolve.com. In this role, you will be responsible for writing and optimizing dynamic, high-performing copy that accurately depicts each property’s most attractive attributes, as well as building the “nuts and bolts” of each listing, such as fee and amenity structures.

The right candidate for this position is a self-starter who is extremely organized and is able to work both independently and collaboratively. The perfect left brain/right brain mix will do very well in this strategic, detail-oriented role.

What you’ll do

  • Write and edit strategic copy marketing Evolve properties to travelers
  • Capture every detail of new homes accurately to encourage bookings
  • Accommodate owner requests without sacrificing quality or brand standards
  • Work efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • Perform basic market & SEO analysis ensuring stand-out listings
  • Adapt to rapidly changing priorities and processes based on current needs
  • Execute frequent cross-team communication in consultative situations
  • Edit content on existing listings, based on property changes & owner requests
  • Carry out shifting content initiatives based on current needs

Location

Compensation

For this role our pay rate is $23.08 per hour

Position Summary

The Lead, Direct to Consumer (DTC) Analytics role will support the Americas Retail and Ecommerce businesses in driving business analytics and insights for the markets. This individual will be responsible for delivering measurement and reporting to provide a comprehensive, real-time view of our DTC business. This role will bring data and insights together to inform financial, operational, promotional, Omni-channel, and testing strategies for the Region.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build comprehensive daily, weekly, monthly reporting of business performance and develop dashboards to read and react on business performance
  • Collaborate with business leaders to enhance the 360 view of the business and increase adoption of data driven decisions
  • Articulate and present data analyses and learnings effectively to the team and to key stakeholders
  • Oversee measurement of omni-channel KPIs and establish internal benchmarks to drive business effectiveness
  • Work cross-functionally with IT and Enterprise Data Management teams to communicate Regional business needs for inclusion in the UA data platform roadmap
  • Partner with Global Analytics and Marketing Analytics teams to develop predictive forecasting models and understand key drivers of the business
  • Evolve data driven decision making to influence cross-functional strategies and future season planning as part of the Go-to-Market (GTM) process
  • Aggregate complex data to build Regional analytical tools for ongoing modeling and business insights
  • Manage relationships and measurement routines with cross functionals teams and external agency teams
  • Perform adhoc business and customer analysis
  • Use predictive analytics to forecast business and partner with FP&A to deliver financial planning routines
  • Develop framework for test & learn initiatives that establish best-practices and expand the Regional playbook of business levers

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
  • SQL expertise a plus
  • Expertise in Tableau visualization or JavaScript D3 libraries
  • Expertise in Financial Modeling, Sensitivity Analysis, Regression Modeling, and A/B Testing
  • Proficiency with BI platforms (e.g. Salesforce, MicroStrategy, PowerBI)
  • Proficiency with programming in a scripting environment (e.g. Python) or ETL development

Job Overview:

As a Concept artist you will be required to visually develop and illustrate any given combination of game assets, associated game development imagery and speculative ‘pitch’ materials to a high standard and on schedule under the art direction of a Lead or Director. Concept art is about communicating and developing ideas in a visually inspiring manner whilst successfully interpreting the visual direction and style.

Being a Senior Concept Artist, it is expected you will design and create benchmark quality digital artwork meeting the art direction criteria. You set the quality bar and provide artistic, technical guidance, coaching and mentoring to others on how to achieve it.

At a senior level, it is important to demonstrate an all-round ability to solve problems reliably and autonomously with great organisational, scheduling and mentorship skills. You must show an ability to look more broadly at product development and strategise accordingly within discipline. Overall, as a senior you are expected to take on a higher level of responsibility for the quality and timely delivery of complex tasks on a project.

Key Duties:

  • Work with the Art Director or Associate Art Director to visualise the games art direction
  • Produce benchmark quality assets covering all aspects of concept design, key art, illustration, and storyboards adhering to the products art direction
  • Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of your product enabling to you make the best visual decisions and appropriate artwork
  • Collaborate with the art team andcreate inspiring artwork
  • Be a major driver and voice in cross discipline visual development, brainstorms, and pitches
  • Review internal and external artwork to maintain a consistent quality and provide effective feedback and critique
  • Level up via mentoring, coaching and critique sessions those more junior in craft
  • Support production guide creation, outlining detailed steps to reproduce artwork on style
  • Encourage, promote, and build good team and studio morale in an open, creative environment
  • Feedback to outsource partners or freelancers as required

Essential Skills:

  • Portfolio demonstrating an ability to visually develop an idea and render to a high level of finish
  • Experience of multiple full game development cycles or live product releases
  • Profound knowledge and expertise of the fundamental art principles (color, composition, value/ lighting, anatomy, form, perspective)
  • Ability to deconstruct, understand and adapt to various art styles replicating them successfully

Duties And Responsibilities

The ExtraHop Customer Success team focuses on successful outcomes for our customers. As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will play a leading role in accomplishing the following goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in management information systems or information technology
  • Minimum of three years experience in information technology
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Independence, motivation, and a desire for project ownership
