About the role:
We are looking for a Meeting Planner to join our dynamic team. In this client facing role, you will act as the event planning lead and project manager. You will collaborate with peers and vendors alike to ensure each event is executed flawlessly from site selection, to registration, to room set & menu planning through virtual and onsite execution, budget reconciliation and everything in between. You keep projects running on time, on budget and have mastered the art of managing multiple priorities at once. Sound like you? Read on!

As a Meeting Planner you will:
Act as the main point of contact for your client, and ensure all milestones are clearly communicated and met. Be consultative in your approach. Afterall, you’re an expert in event management.
Work with your client and peers on procuring an ideal venue or virtual platform for each event.
Build, monitor and maintain concise and accurate event budgets. Think outside of the box on creative cost savings ideas. Negotiate vendor contracts and build long lasting partnerships.
Communicate effectively with all vendor partners. You’ll be responsible for hotel rooms, designing and communicating room sets, in person and virtual AV/Production needs, offsite and team building events, ground transportation and signage (and more!).
Ensure everyone, from client to attendee to staff person has a positive and memorable experience from invitation stage, through onsite, and departure. We aim to please!

You’re good at:
Communicating with clients. You have the ability to own the room and convey confidence, knowledge of best practices in events and a professional presence at first impression and on-going.
Managing multiple priorities and being adaptable. You have exceptional problem-solving skills, are calm under pressure and work well in a collaborative environment.
Establishing long lasting, professional relationships with clients, co-workers and vendors.
Virtual event planning and virtual platform experience, including Webex, Veracast, ON24
Cvent, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ideal candidate possesses 3+ years in a lead planner role

The Opportunity

  • Support the development and implementation of a content strategy based on a deep understanding of Vituity’s target audiences, activation plan and marketing goals.
  • Coordinate with colleagues to determine content effectiveness, including content influences on customer actions, to inform how we can improve our planning and execution.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective editorial calendar.
  • Working with channel managers, develop themes/topics and curate content to drive client and talent acquisition.
  • Support content/creative brief development acting as content SME.
  • Ensure content is held to the highest standard of quality, is aligned to overall corporate strategy and guidance, is on-message, on brand and is leveraged to its full potential.
  • Collaborate on SEO strategy and implications on content development.
  • Build and oversee the content calendar, including managing content lifecycle and repurposing for multiple audiences and platforms, based on marketing plan commitments.
  • Guide and coordinate content creation in support of the marketing plan, including collateral, web, social and paid digital, advertising, nurture, and internal comms.
  • Effectively manage the content workflow and deliver content assets according to plan.
  • Manage the editorial review process.
  • Manage content library/repository to provide perspective on what messages are currently in market and what messages have been used historically.
  • Provide routine content audits, ensuring company information is current and accurate across print and digital assets.

Required Experience and Competencies

  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related discipline required.
  • 6+ years of content marketing or direct copywriting experience required.
  • Experience with project management including projects with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment required.
  • Experience with developing, organizing, and maintain process documentation required.
  • Experience with Web Content Management Systems, HTML, Marketo, and Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and produce significant output with minimal wasted effort while working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to earn trust of team members through the persistent delivery of high-quality work and track record of living up to verbal and written commitments.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on crisp, actionable copy for digital placements.
  • Ability to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it.
  • Organized and flexible individual able to perform multiple tasks with varying priorities under conditions requiring speed and accuracy.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team; updating and delegating tasks to team members as needed.

Bungie’s Creative Studios team is responsible for delivering breakout campaigns and content that reaches millions of players. The Publishing Video Producer will be responsible for the project management of all phases of production, from kickoff through delivery. This role will manage video production for internal gameplay capture, marketing trailers, documentaries, social content and more, shipping a high volume of assets in a high-speed, high-performance environment. You will often get one of the earliest looks at our games. This role is interdisciplinary and collaborative, partnering with marketers, developers, creatives, producers, crews, agencies, and vendors.

You have a high level of familiarity with how related and dependent teams function and leverage that knowledge to help drive improvements across your discipline. As connective tissue, you work to support the larger team’s ability to put unforgettable content in front of our players, all while doggedly fine-tuning your content pipeline with an eye to scalability and future growth. You are a force of calm who is highly adaptable in the face of change and new opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take video marketing assets from conception all the way to delivery
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and business acumen in order to bring multiple departments together to accomplish a complex objective
  • Act as liaison between marketing and creative teams
  • Takes direction from Senior Producer when working on live shoots/productions
  • Collaborate and regularly communicate with other publishing producers and discipline leads to resolve major risks to the production plans
  • Manage and oversee project meetings, pipelines, and timelines (i.e. production kick-off meetings, daily production syncs, stakeholder reviews and milestones) related to the development of creative content
  • Iterate on production processes to continuously improve our velocity, collaboration, and visibility
  • Seek out misalignment and bring people together to resolve them
  • Develop, refine, reinforce, and embody Bungie’s culture and values
  • Works autonomously with minimal oversight from leadership
  • Maintain the schedule, identify risks and escalate issues to the Senior Producer when appropriate

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Production/project management experience in video
  • Mastery of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Familiar with project management software such as Asana or Jira
  • Ability to operate under strict deadlines
  • Experience with live video shoots and productions
  • Exceptional interpersonal, writing, and communication skills with all levels of the organization from entry level to C-suite

Deeplocal is looking for an architectural visualization expert who has a passion for making environmental and experiential concepts to life. You have extensive experience working in 3d software, generating interesting forms and exploring different aesthetics for rendering them. You like to take an initial prompt or concept and explore it through 3d modeling, renders and image comps to generate compelling visuals. You master at least one 3d modeling package and at least one rendering software. This role works alongside experience designers, architects and creative technologists to visualize large-scale, architecturally integrated interactive experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Create visual assets that help the internal design team and client understand the formal and aesthetic possibilities of an idea.
  • Rapid iteration of forms for interactive exhibits, activations, small structures and architectural scale sculptures based on a conceptual prompt or theme.
  • Rendering designs into an existing context and adding a layer of scenic support and entourage to enhance the visual (trees, people, vehicles, furniture, etc.)
  • Generate visual assets of experiential designs at varying levels of details depending on project phase: (1) quick renders of form exploration, (2) medium fidelity environmental renders of a design in a site context with comped in people and scenic objects and (3) high fidelity photorealistic renders of designs in an architectural context.

Skillset

  • Expertise in modeling software like Rhino, Sketchup, Blender, C4D, 3dsmax, etc
