You Will:
- Manage a team of software engineers to deliver great products to our customers
- Maintain a high level of operational excellence focusing on application and infrastructure scalability, reliability, and performance
- Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve quality software
- Collaborate with partners across the company, including product management, UX, and customer teams
- Establish lean engineering processes that use collaboration and rapid iteration to build the right product for the right problems

You Have:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience and 1+ year managing software engineering teams
- Deep software development skills in at least one systems development language such as Java, C#, Ruby, or Python
- Experience with modern technology stacks and building scalable, highly available customer-facing cloud applications
- Experience in the full SDLC process including production support and operational excellence
- A passion to dive in, learn new things, and want to build awesome products
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience

You Have:
- 10+ years of product management experience

Qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7 years of experience in a technical role with 4+ years experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager with a clear record of successful delivery and impact in collaboration with an engineering team
- Product management experience for a mobile digital consumer product at large scale
- Very strong critical thinking and analysis skills. Ability to take an ambiguous problem, use data-informed brainstorming, identify goals and clear metrics, and drive a team to deliver on those goals
- Good user instincts – experience working with design, user research, running experiments, and iterating on ideas to benefit end users. Some experience with direct-to-consumer products is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to ensure stakeholder alignment and define and share strategy
- Experience working in an agile/scrum environment
- Passion for helping millions of people achieve their health and fitness goals
