Perform configuration management and ensure compliance. Perform complex engineering activities for performance tuning, monitoring, deployment, and production support. Build Java-based high-volume and high-transaction e-commerce applications. Create web applications using Java, Spring, and REST. Perform application delivery. Use NoSQL, Cassandra, Groovy, Apache Kafka, and AWS. Supervise one (1) Senior Scrum Master, one (1) Principal Engineer, and two (2) Senior Software Engineers.
Requires a Master s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Applied Computer Science or Information Systems and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience in a related occupation designing modular and scalable web components; utilizing web and MicroService technologies; developing methodology, architecture, security, and change; performing configuration management and ensuring compliance; building Java-based high-volume and high-transaction e-commerce applications; creating web applications using Java, Spring, and REST; performing application delivery; and using NoSQL, Cassandra, Groovy, Apache Kafka, and AWS.

We are seeking a Senior Producer to manage and deliver various aspects of Art production of a AAA action-adventure game. Your strengths are a mix of hard project management and soft people skills that you use to get a large portion of the art team to adhere to a vision, within scope and schedule constraints while helping to retain work/life balance and our company values.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the schedule and related task tracking database across large cross-dept sections of art production of the game including environment, character and related props.
- Solicit needs from departments and align them to set project requirements. Take those requirements and turn them into project plans. Work with the team to execute those plans.
- Work collaboratively with production and department leadership to drive decision making that achieves both the project goals and company values.
- Connect departments and eliminate roadblocks to ensure the team is flowing efficiently through their work.
- Monitor the team and project health and communicate risks plus suggested corrective measures to leadership.
- Suggest improvements to the production process and assist in seeing them through.
- Assemble productivity data from the production tracking system and use that data create production reports that steer the production forward.
- Drive team towards clarity when ambiguity exists on a new deliverable type or department innovation.
- Mentor associate and mid-level members of the team on best practices to achieve project goals efficiently and collaboratively.
Requirements & Skills:
- Project Management or Business Administration skills or experience.
- Experience with Jira, Shotgun/ShotGrid, Perforce or other industry standard tasking and version control software.
- Experience with modern environment art production pipelines including photogrammetry is a big plus.
- Flexible and agile, able to adapt during a project to emerging requirements.
- Data analytics background or capability preferred.
- Adaptive managerial skills, knowing when to use formal or informal tactics and strategy to achieve project success.
- Experience or familiarity with managing budgets and/or staff resource plans.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager delivering projects working across multiple departments or equivalent experience.

TNM considers a number of factors when determining each role’s base pay range, including industry benchmarks, location, experience, and other job specific skills. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for other incentive compensation including equity and profit share. The estimated base pay range for this role is U.S. only and not applicable for locations outside of the U.S.

The Content Producer & Outreach Specialist serves on the Editorial & Content Development (E&C) teamwithin the Marketing and Communications (MAC) divisionwhich focuses on editorial coordination, creative storytelling and content production to raise TNC’s brand awareness, expand influence and grow engagement with key audiences across the globe. This role requires exceptionally strong and nimble social media content and promotion skills and the ability to produce creative multi-channel audience-first content that will help drive TNC’s global conservation goals and solutions.
The Content Producer & Outreach Specialist is a creative storyteller with strong content production and writing skills, and social media expertise, who also happens to have a love for nature and working to protect it. They will work with the E&C team to collaborate on campaigns and key projects across the broader MAC division. They will be responsible for building and implementing social content packages and toolkits tailored to key internal and external audiences and voices, creating and editing written and visual social-first content, distributing and publishing content, and coordinating audience outreach, monitoring, and engagement on select campaigns. They will be deeply involved with the core team in collaborating on outreach and community building campaigns to gain content amplification and engagement from external organizations, partners, and influencers.
This person will proactively stay current on trends and best practices to inform creative ways to drive engagement with key audiences and reach campaign goals while maintaining brand guidelines. This person is a fluent social writer and confident with basic social graphic, video, and publishing tools, as well as regularly producing short-turnaround content. Occasionally, they will assist in capturing content in the field and at events. They will coordinate extensively with other colleagues across multiple time zones. The position is remote with occasional meetups in the Arlington, VA or Boulder, CO offices, as well as other meeting locations.
As Content Producer and Outreach Specialist, you will:
- Implement global social media plans and requests by creating engaging written and visual content (e.g., copy, graphics, basic videos, gifs, photo curation)from quick-turnaround projects to larger ongoing campaigns.
- Write clearly and succinctly to transform complex subjects into engaging content for target global audiences.
- Apply strong editing skills to modify content for optimal social media engagement while maintaining consistent brand voice and guidelines.
- Participate in creative experimentation and innovation with fresh multi-channel content ideas, building conceptual visuals and copy, and assisting with content performance tracking.
- Build and distribute social content toolkits tailored for different TNC voices including internal teams and key TNC executives, and support social content creation for the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer during select events, on-ground travel and moments.
- Develop and distribute social content packages for external organizations and partners to help amplify content and messaging outside of TNC-owned channels, and support with monitoring, outreach, and tracking of those placements.
- Leverage enterprise social content platform and social media creation and analytics tools to publish content, monitor activity, and engage with key stakeholders and influencer community on E&C team priority projects and campaigns.
- Coordinate and execute select reactive and quick-turnaround social content requests and opportunities.
- Travel on occasion to assist with video, audio, and photo content capturing in the field and at key eventsincluding spending time outsideas well as travel for in-person TNC retreats and meetings.
