About the Work:
This position is on our Schedules team that supports the system of record for our care services. We facilitate the creation and management of visits and streamline the association of key data with visits (such as the care needs of the client, billing and payment info, clock-in and clock-out times, and more).
We support our care operations by answering important questions like which caregivers are available to work this visit? and how many visits in the next three days are not yet staffed? . Our team supports vertical user flows related to schedule and calendar management, as well as robust APIs to expose visit details, search visits and caregiver availability, and modify scheduled care.
We have an exciting runway ahead of us. As Honor’s Care Platform grows quickly, building robust and scalable systems is critical. As we make strategic technical investments to modernize our system, we are looking for a senior staff engineer to help guide and execute our short- and long-term architecture goals.

Our range reflects the hiring range for this position. We use national average to determine pay as we are a remote first company. Individual pay is based on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, experience, education, and training.

Software Architect Live Telepresence Responsibilities
- Explore, compare, and select technologies for the implementation of each component for a AR/VR telepresence system. Accountable for the design of the connections between the components.
- Diagram complex architectures for multiplatform telepresence systems.
- Collaborate with team members to identify requirements and propose solutions for SW needs.
- Visualize new technical concepts and integrate them with existing systems.
- Champion scalable, modular development approaches with reusable software components.
- Take responsibility for gathering and understanding marketing and customer requirements in conjunction with Product Management, Marketing, and Content teams.
- Define and advocate for proven software development methodologies and coding standards.
- Establish metrics to measure software quality and to track the maturity of software.

Minimum Qualifications
- BSc, MSc or PhD in Computer Science or relevant experience.

What this job involves
- Design, develop and deploy BI solutions, including interactive dashboards in Tableau, sourcing data from internal SQL Server databases, Tableau published data sources, external sources, and leveraging ETL tools (Alteryx) for Projects and Operations in Real Estate
- Develop, execute, and monitor simple to moderately complex data management / analytic processes to support ad hoc data and information delivery for assigned projects

Title: Project Manager, Global Project Management

Position Summary:
The Project Manager of our commercial business works closely with a cross-functional team to provide coordination and oversight of scheduled PM activities. This role will implement and manage new and existing projects in a manner consistent with Precision for Medicine’s repository mission and management philosophy by developing and maintaining logistical plans, making recommendations to clients on study designs that increase quality and efficiency.
Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:
- Create and manage multiple project timelines, budgets and revenue goals, resource plans, while comparing to contracted project scope(s), fully exploring new ideas that optimize quality and efficiency
- Maintain detailed daily coordination and supervision of scheduled activities, delegating responsibilities to carry out contracted work activities as appropriate
- Prepare daily professional communications and assist in the design of new tasks and projects for both internal and external stakeholders
- Meet all revenue and gross margin objectives assigned to projects, project expenses and client billing

Qualifications:
