CVS Media Exchange is hiring a Marketing Systems Operations (CMX) – Lead Director who will report to the Executive Director, Operations.

CVS Media Exchange [CMX] is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers.

In this position, you will lead the design and implementation of internal business systems and tools for CMX. You will collaborate with the various CMX and CVS teams to gather business requirements and design new and improved processes/systems to support the overall business goals. You will operate as a player-coach to drive the strategic vision and underlying architecture for how the various CMX business systems should integrate with each other. You will report to the Executive Director, Operations and partner closely with stakeholders across CMX and CVS Enterprise.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Responsible for business systems technology for CMX
Design and build technical systems architecture roadmap
Build support for CMX business data delivery systems to support internal business systems and tools
Understand business team s needs and design processes to help refine day-to-day workflows
Adapt SFDC, order management, and other systems configuration to support a complex, multi-channel sales business.
Create a scalable data model for the CMX business unit, ensuring the accuracy of data and reducing data silos and fragmentation.
Partner with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders to identify, implement, and integrate solutions

This role is work at home flexible. It can be based remotely in the U.S. or near one of our Corporate Hubs. If you are commutable to one of the following Corporate Hubs, you must work in the office 2 or more days a week: Wellesley, MA, Woonsocket, RI, Hartford, CT, Buffalo Grove, IL, Northbrook, IL, Scottsdale, AZ, Irving, TX, or New York, NY.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 100,000
Maximum: 227,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
Required:
6+ years cross-functional leadership experience
7+ years experience defining Software System Architectures
3+ years working with Sales/Rev Ops systems and tools inclusive of CRM, Order Management, and Ad Serving technology.
1 + years experience in data warehousing and BI/Reporting platforms
1+ years experience with Rally and other project management software systems
1+ years experience with agile iterative development methodologies
1 + years experience managing high performing teams

Preferred Qualifications
Retail media experience
A self-starter, who is extremely detail oriented comfortable taking ownership of projects and functions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
Ability to translate complex, multi-layered business requirements into technology solutions
Prior experience in digital media; experience in retail media a plus

Education
Bachelor s degree or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required
