What we’re looking for:
You’re the expert at communicating Wonders’ story. You’ll develop impactful messaging that effectively positions Wonders in the restaurant technology space.
What you’ll accomplish:
- Launch new restaurant technology solutions on the market.
- Conduct customer interviews, create, and run customer surveys to gather customer insights.
- Assist in the development of product messaging & positioning across every customer touch point.
- Work directly with customers, partners, and sales to identify opportunities to improve our go-to-market motions (e.g. target customer identification, value proposition development and launch planning)
- Collaborate with the demand gen team to co-develop and/or review marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to develop effective sales enablement tools, including presentations, collateral, and case studies.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure the successful launch of products with relevant messaging, competitive analysis, and GTM differentiators.

About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a similar field
- 2+ years of product marketing experience positioning and creating messaging for products/features from 0 to 1.
- Positive, can-do attitude with an ownership mentality.
- Excellent analytical skills. You can build narratives through analysis.
- Must have curiosity, passion for excellence, and not be afraid to ask questions.
- Highly collaborative with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding storytelling capabilities as well as presentation and negotiation skills.
- Bi-lingual. Ability to speak, read and write Mandarin Chinese natively, as well as ability to speak, read and write English proficiently.

CB Insights is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Editor to copy edit and fact check our tech and strategy-focused research. You will join our rapidly growing Intelligence Unit composed of editors and analysts.
The Role You’ll Play:
You’ll work with a dedicated team of editors, ensuring that each piece of research the company puts out is insightful, accurate, concise and on brand. You’ll collaborate on a day-to-day basis directly with our research analysts, and may also write original research on key technology trends or recent investment and technology market events. Duties and Responsibilities:
