The Creator Marketing and UGC Moderation teams are at the heart of driving value for our customers. We are looking for a customer and people first, data-driven Director who wants to lead and support a dynamic and growing division. This includes managing remote teams across various regions, ensuring the quality of our services, and developing strategies to improve our business processes and enhance our customers’ experience. Director will report to the VP of Global Revenue and will drive the highest levels of performance and customer goal achievement. This role requires a strategic and analytical thinker who can develop processes and systems to maximize customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams of remote creator marketing and UGC moderation professionals to ensure the highest level of performance and achievement of customer goals.
- Identify and build productive working relationships with creators and influencers across diverse backgrounds, earning trust with new and existing contacts through transparency and responsiveness.
- Lead by example, taking on campaigns and clients to really understand the processes.
- Meet regularly with sales and CS leadership to forecast brands that need support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, product, and business analytics to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
- Develop and implement ways to acquire new creators as well as engage and retain current creators.
- Develop and implement processes and methodology to ensure the quality and consistency of our content for our customers.
- Build processes that scale globally to meet the needs of the department & our strategic accounts
- Ideate on and execute creative engagement strategies which lead to win/win scenarios for both creators and Social Native and facilitate sponsored and custom creator content in conjunction with select campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and quality.
- Work proactively to quality check and troubleshoot potential delivery issues with our highest valued customers
- Engage with team to build and execute on career and personal development plans
- Address performance issues as needed, implement systems to monitor performance regularly
- Share learnings from the creator space with the broader Social Native team to enhance understanding of evolving influence.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize our technology and infrastructure to support our operations and ensure scalability.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the marketing industry.
- 5+ year of experience managing a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven & technically savvy

About the Role :
The CrowdStrike UX team is a single multi-disciplinary team of front-end engineers, designers, user researchers, writers and QA. We’re a highly collaborative, friendly, inclusive and diverse group using our collective strengths to deliver a capable and intuitive user experience for our customers.
We’re looking for a senior level visual design leader to continue to build a strong visual identity for CrowdStrike products while carefully considering how both interaction and visual design impact the overall user experience.
You’ll primarily do that by bringing your expertise in interaction, user interface, and visual design (including illustration) to our collaborative UX environment and by working with other designers to create polished, well documented visual experiences. You’ll also be an important voice in and growing our product group component library, including workflow, component creation and implementation, and instilling a culture of data-informed decisions.
In this role, you will work within our ITSecOps product group and be joining a cross-functional, global UX team composed of designers, researchers, writers & engineers collaborating closely to deliver the best possible experience for our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Interaction, User Interface, and Visual Design
- Work with UX designers to iterate and perfect interactions, micro-interactions, and visual designs to create a polished, exceptional experience
- Collaborate with UX designers to create meaningful UX artifacts for communication and user feedback, like storyboards and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive interaction patterns and information hierarchy
- Approach design with an expert grasp on best practices, accessibility, and design heuristics, and be able to clearly articulate design decisions
- Lead visual design direction and make decisions and suggestions for aesthetics when things become ambiguous; give thoughtful design critiques
- Collaborate with other UI/visual designers to build out appropriate workflows and create coherent experiences across products
Design System and Component Design Leadership
- Create visual, production-ready design components that follow product design standards for the ITSecOps product group that can also be reused across the design team
- Collaboration with our Design System team ensuring that all components built for the ITSecOps product group are scalable using Figma and other design tools
- Collaborate with all UX disciplines and product group stakeholders to ensure consistency within UX artifacts and with other platform level components
- Collaborate with other designers on use of design system components and creation of new componentry to solve problems for our users and for integration back to the design system
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to advocate for user-centered experiences through visuals and communication
- Participate in and lead thoughtful critique of visuals and component patterns both remote and in person
- Ensure new components are data-informed and collaborate with researchers to ensure the right experience
What You’ll Need:
- An exceptional portfolio of visual, user interface, and interaction design
- A distinct point of view in design and a solid understanding of and ability to apply design heuristics and best practices
- A successful track record of leading work on design systems used by iterative product teams
- Design experience in an enterprise SaaS product or platform
- Illustration and animation skills as they relate to product UI design – you know when to inject them and how to use them to enhance, not hinder, the user experience
- An absolute passion for the UI and visual design piece of UX, along with a deep understanding of how it relates to and interweaves with the overall UX process. You will collaborate with UX designers and be embedded in the process, however this is a visual UI design-focused role. Good UX strategic thinking is a bonus.
- Experience in incorporating research into the user interface and visual design process, and driving data-informed decisions
