The Impact U will make:
- You will report to our Senior Director of Design

- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and problem-solving sessions between Engineering, Product, Marketing and UX, to define design directions
What U bring:
- 8+ years experience in Product Design at a digital product company
- 2 years of experience in lead role
- An up-to-date portfolio or a case study demonstrating design philosophy, process, and strategic highlights, in addition to end-to-end delivery of a highly complex project
- Experienced in articulating design decisions to partners and crave feedback to help produce your best work
- A foundational understanding of UX/UI principles, experience evangelizing design in the larger organization, and the ability to use research to drive design decisions
- Establish priorities that find the balance between benefiting our users, business, team, and all of Unqork
- Proficiency with Figma
- Master’s degree in Human Computer Interaction or related design field is preferred

This is a unique designer and user experience role. What you will need:

- Proven expertise in tackling challenging design questions, making you the go-to designer for complex problem-solving.
- A portfolio of work demonstrating experience creating user-centered design solutions (visual and UX) on complex digital products
- Expert knowledge of Figma
- Experience with responsive web design
- A customer-focused mindset, self motivated, exceptionally detail-oriented
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering solutions in a timely manner, embracing a “get it done” attitude.

The role:
We’re seeking auditors and developers with smart contract auditing experience/knowledge to join our team. You’ll work on projects written in Solidity and Cairo. Knowledge of Rust and/or GoLang is a great plus. We are looking for someone who understands the Ethereum Virtual Machine, Yellow Paper, and the Solidity language.
You’ll get the opportunity to work at the bleeding edge of Blockchain technology and interact with different teams working in every aspect of Ethereum and StarkNet.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with protocols in the Ethereum and StarkNet ecosystems to review their code and help secure their protocols;

- Engage in meetings with clients to discuss security and best practice improvements.
Requirements:
- 1+ year(s) of experience in Solidity security analysis;

- Detailed understanding of common smart contract vulnerabilities;
- Fluency with common tools and frameworks used for the development and security analysis of smart contracts;

- Experience designing and maintaining ETLs to ensure accuracy and consistency of data from multiple sources
- Proficiency in workforce management software (e.g., Verint, NICE, Playvox, Calabrio, etc.)
- Excellent decision quality, critical thinking and creative problem solving skills
