The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for Quality Assurance program activities by providing process and operational support to the functions within Business Operations.
Positions in this function are responsible for quality reporting, conducting reviews, special projects, and to provide feedback for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable tools.
This role requires continuous engagement and collaboration across LPS.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members across LPS
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Acts as a resource to others on the team and department
- Communicates with leadership for training when a knowledge gap is identified
- Acts upon leadership feedback of issues identified and develops action plan for solutions
- Demonstrates an understanding of the organizations’ operations, products and applications, strategies, processes, and/or business priorities for effective outcomes
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders with root cause findings and trends in process gaps to improve processes
- Effective in using relevant computer systems and software (EQT, Reporting Systems, OLC, operations systems, MS Office)
- Supports QA solutions that serve the needs of operations in understanding review results and actions taken to resolve gaps in the process
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Performs Quality reviews to validate process accuracy and input findings into EQT
- Logs daily productivity into OpenAir
- Communicates issues/gaps identified while performing daily activities
- Completes other tasks as assigned
- Actively participates in meetings
- Practices standard operating procedures, policies, and process knowledge of how they impact the business and operations
- Solves moderately complex issues
- Uses QA methodology when participating on projects that will improve the overall process for the department and operations
- Works with leader on potential solutions when issues are identified during QA review process
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management
- 2+ years of experience in a role supporting a quality assurance function or related operational function
- Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a large, multi-function and cross-geographic organization
- Experience working in an Operations Environment
- Understanding of relevant computer systems and software (EQT, Reporting Systems, OLC, operations systems, MS Office)
Soft Skills:
- Experience in effective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation), with the ability to communicate to a variety of management levels within the organization including leadership
- Analytical skills that will lead to aiding in process improvements within the department and operations

About the Role
DoorDash is looking for a strong operator to lead social impact programs focused on the future of work, owning the strategy for our Dasher-focused impact pillar.
The person in this role will develop programs that increase access to opportunity and financial well-being for people in the gig economy, and enhance the Dasher experience in other ways. You’ll be expected to create a strategy and vision, though you’ll have learnings to build upon from our existing collaborations with nonprofits and government agencies. In addition to cities, community groups, and companies, you will partner with internal stakeholders (Public Policy, Communications, Brand, Strategy & Operations, to name a few) to determine how DoorDash can most effectively advance our vision for the future of work. As Director of Paid Social, you will
