The Opportunity

Through 2022, we have fully replaced all of our legacy technology, re-branded our site, introduced user accounts and order history, and rolled out a mobile app. In 2023, our roadmap is focused on utilizing our new technology to enhance usability and engagement to help everybody experience their city to the fullest.

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager with a passion for usability and engagement in B2C applications. This role will report directly to the CTO.

While Bucket Listers is a remote-first company, this position will require the candidate to maintain residence in (or within commuting distance of) one of our US markets.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with Business Development, Content, and Marketing stakeholders to understand supply, demand, and customer engagement in our applications and markets to develop a fresh and exciting app.
  • Collaborate with a team of UX and graphics designers to formulate a vision for engineering to execute.
  • Cultivate feedback from engineering to balance vision, technical tradeoffs, and time feasibility.
  • Establish precedence in how the Product Management function operates within Bucket Listers as the first Product Manager.
  • Focus on customer-facing use cases while understanding internal team processes from sales, account management, and customer care.
  • Build the playbook for creating engaging internal tools to drive ongoing improvement and configuration to make our apps an absolute delight.

Qualifications:

  • Strong UX convictions in balancing aesthetics and usability
  • As-Is Analysis skills are through the roof to help stakeholders and executors understand the current state
  • Driven in improving CAC and LTV
  • Hands on in gathering data, developing detailed epics, and validating staged releases
  • Enjoy diving deep into business processes, understanding how information and data passes from team to team, and cash flow definitions from contract to practice.
  • Robust experience working on a customer-facing app – comfortable guiding the team through the customer journey and how to increase LTV
  • Strong analytical and spreadsheet abilities
  • Basic SQL abilities

At Bonterra, our Product UX & Design team is responsible for the usability of our products. Taking a user-centered design approach, we craft digital solutions that enable progressive organizations, and their supporters to create a more just, inclusive, caring and democratic society. Who You Are

  • 6+ years of experience as a Product or UX Designer with demonstrated skills in Information UI Design & Interaction Design.
  • You love organizing information and know how to optimize data, content, and actions to meet users’ needs through research & validation.
  • Experience using customer data (qualitative or quantitative) to inform design and product decisions
  • Excellent collaborator – adapting to feedback from both users and internal stakeholders, building stronger products as a result
  • Solid problem solver with demonstrated ability to articulate the problem, the solution, and approach – bringing others along through the process.

ABOUT YOU

  • Intermediate SQL knowledge is preferred
  • Highly proficient in advanced Excel modeling with strong attention to detail
  • Work experience in consulting, investment banking, or Strategic Finance at a high-growth technology company preferred
  • Work experience with digital advertising or SAAS is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with internal stakeholders

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Temporary IT Assistant is a customer service role responsible for ensuring all requested IT needs are met in a brisk, efficient manner, allowing Altium colleagues and customers to proceed in their own tasks with the equipment and answers they need. This is a full-time position with a three-month timeframe.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR {JOB TITLE}:

  • Assists in setting up IT and AV equipment for trainings, meetings, and executives, including presentations and conferences
  • Must be willing to help relocate office desks
  • Assists in office relocation duties
  • Provides first-line support either by Jira Helpdesk, phone, email, or in person
  • Processes equipment requests, machine and peripheral setups, office desk setup (imaging/reimaging, configuring, shipping)
  • Provides basic troubleshooting, repair and maintenance for computer equipment (e.g. computers, laptops, printers, and other network devices)
  • Acts as a customer liaison for the computing operation, communicating, resolving, and/or initiating the resolution of problems and concerns
  • Provides administrative support to the IT Department, including asset tracking, record maintenance, scheduling conference rooms and shipping management.
  • Maintains inventory of IT equipment and peripherals; orders and receives shipments (supplies, various equipment, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

The salary range for this role is $20/hr to $24/hr plus overtime. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.

We have a distributed engineering and product team, headquartered in Mountain View, CA – the very center of Silicon Valley, so you get to work with peers locally as well as remotely.

What You Will Do:

  • End to end ownership: Own the complete Product Lifecycle to define, build and launch features for users
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver a complete customer experience
  • Ideation: Gather and promote the most relevant ideas into features
  • Execution: Execute, measure, and deliver on the Product KPIs & Company goals

Compensation

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based on the primary location. The salary for this role is $80,000 – $110,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competency, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
