The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for leading user experience design for the Agiloft enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management platform. Drawing upon your curiosity, insight and expertise, you will work collaboratively with product management and engineering to creatively solve customer problems. The ideal candidate for this position will be solution-oriented, with passion for innovation, aesthetics, experimentation, and results. This individual will have with a strong track record for putting customers at the center of the design process and creating innovative product experiences that solve difficult problems in a way that users love!

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and facilitate customer co-development and discovery workshops to uncover and understand customer problems, and ideate on solutions to those problems
  • Create wireframes, flows, storyboards, and mockups to tell the customer’s story
  • Rapidly iterate on high and low-fidelity prototypes to introduce, validate and refine product designs
  • Help bring new ideas to life by creating and communicating compelling, well-designed information architectures, interaction models, and visual designs
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a User Experience, Information Architecture, or Interaction Design role
  • Strong track record in the creation of successful B2B products
  • Experience leading UX workshops using customer co-creation and design thinking approaches
  • Experience building interface designs using tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in working with distributed, multinational teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time to conduct on-site customer workshops

How Our Test Engineer / Technical Writer Will Make an Impact

  • Develop and implement efficient and effective testing strategies, test conditions and test scripts for projects.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, scripts, and create test data for Agile Software Development team; including functional, integration, regression, data integrity and stress testing as well as assisting with user acceptance test events.
  • Identify gaps and deficiencies in business requirements, technical specifications, designs and testing documentation for completeness and testability.

About the Role:

In this newly created position on our Accounting Team, the Manager, Inventory will report into the Director of Accounting Operations and take full ownership of all Inventory Accounting responsibilities in a fast paced and growing ecommerce and retail business. In this leadership role, you will have full oversight of all Inventory Accounting with the support of a Sr. Accountant, Inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account for inventory under US GAAP and in accordance with company accounting policies
  • Review monthly inventory-related journal entries
  • Review monthly inventory-related balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Perform flux analysis on respective balance sheet and P&L accounts
  • Execute completion of all month/quarter/annual close processes timely and in adherence to close calendar
  • Ensure stock ledger is reconciled to 3PL reporting weekly, at a minimum
  • Collaborate with Technical Accounting on appropriate accounting for inventory transactions
  • Partner with FP&A on budget/forecast and close results
  • Partner with Supply Chain/Ops on developing/revising processes and policies, creating budgets/forecasts, and providing/understanding actual results, etc.
  • Understand and observe physical inventory processes and counts
  • Perform inventory analysis to determine appropriate reserve and methodologies for shrink and excess/obsolete/slow-moving inventory
  • Design, document, implement, and execute internal controls to ensure inventory transactions and balances are accurately reported
  • Perform analysis and provide insight into account balance details and drivers of change, particularly around COGS
  • Support external audit by providing timely and accurate support schedules as requested
