Together, with our family of brands (Interior Define and the Inside), we’re reinventing the way that people design and shop for their homes, making custom furniture and interior design delightful and accessible for all.
Calling all social trailblazers we’re hiring! We’re on the hunt for a radical innovator to lead our social efforts across three dynamic brands. We want someone who is an avant-garde thinker, boundary-pushing strategist, trend-setting creative, whip-smart visionary, and as inspiring as they are insatiably curious. Your role: to tell our brand story like never before and get people talking about us.
Sure, we’re a little biased, but here’s why the gig is so great:
We’re assembling a stellar social team and need a pioneering leader to shape our vision.
Status quo is boring; we want you to challenge our thinking, identify new creative territories, and unlock tremendous growth.
Rockstars and go-getters make up our team, so if that’s you as well you’ll feel right at home. And it makes solving the big problems way more exhilarating.
We’re redefining how people design and shop for home: making it accessible, simple, and fun. Shift culture with us.
What You’ll Do:
- Be Creative: We want someone who is willing to be out of the box and test the limits of what is possible on social media and influencer marketing. Have an idea that you think would work? Try it here. Saw something that you’d like to bring to life on a platform like ours? We’re a great place to do some really out there things, and see if they work.
- Craft and Execute Our Social Media Vision: Develop and implement a killer social media strategy that screams our brand ethos from every corner of the internet. You’ll be the architect of our social identity, seamlessly blending creativity with data insights to tell our brand story like never before.
- Lead a Team of Social Media Innovators: Nurture and guide a team of passionate social media professionals, fostering an environment of collaborative ideation and encouraging a culture of continuous growth and learning. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a team that thrives on pushing boundaries, developing big ideas, and setting new industry benchmarks.
- Create Compelling and Captivating Content: Conceptualize and oversee the creation of interesting content that pushes the limits. Leverage your creative instincts to weave captivating stories that keep our fans coming back for more. Given today’s social landscape, video content will be a key focus.
- Build Our Tribe: Foster meaningful connections with our customers by developing innovative campaigns and initiatives that encourage active participation and dialogue. Your strategic approach will deepen customer loyalty and build a vibrant, engaged community across our family of brands.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Be a trendsetter who’s always in the know, constantly seeking out new and interesting trends and inspiration in the social media sphere. Use your competitive obsession to keep our strategies fresh and our brand at the forefront of innovation.
- Analyze Performance Like a Pro: Obsessed with the nitty-gritty, constantly tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of our social media efforts with data-driven insights. Use these findings to redefine strategies, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable results that contribute to the company’s overall growth trajectory.
Who You Are:
- You’ve done really creative things on social media or as you’ve developed a brand. For example, you’ve ideated and executed a marketing campaign strategy that really moved the needle on brand identity, created a social platform of your own that’s defied all metrics, or found a way to dramatically stand out in the crowded world of social media.
- You’re the go-to guru for all things social and digital, always staying ahead of the curve on the latest trends, platforms, developments, and campaigns.
