Qualifications
Required

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Information Management or related experience

At least 1 year of professional business analytics experience including developing queries, report writing, and data visualization

Experience with reporting packages (Microsoft SSRS, SAP Crystal Reports, etc.) and industry leading BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI

Experience with SQL and RDBMS databases

Programming languages and coding technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, XML, JavaScript

Experience analyzing large datasets from ETL frameworks

Experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.)

Experience with relational and NoSQL database systems

Preferred

 Work experience in the healthcare industry including clinical, financial and operational data

We are currently looking for a Contract Operations Manager who will assist in the day-to-day management of Vytalize end-to-end contract operations and implementation. The right candidate will embrace prioritizing the most impactful work, have strengths in rapport building, and enjoy working on a dynamic team of talented individuals working to achieve strategic success through efficient management of value-based programs. This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere within the US.

What You Will Do

  • Oversees centralized end-to-end contract intake and lifecycle management of network preferred providers and other affiliated agreements, as needed.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with our Network Development team and Compliance to support the contract redline and negotiation process.
  • Facilitate the provider onboarding and implementation process prior to the start of each performance year.
  • Manage compliance of existing business contracts and complete maintenance as needed.
  • Remains educated and has an understanding of ACO REACH regulations and industry trends.
  • Firm understanding of Vytalize CMS Network agreements and value-based models.
  • Collateral development and maintenance as needed as it relates to Contract initiatives.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to ensure adherence of contractual compliance guidelines with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Revenue Cycle Management for resolution of provider implementation and relationship management tasks.
  • Support, development, and maintenance of department processes and procedures as needed.
  • Execution of Contract strategy and project initiatives as needed.

What will make you successful in this role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required.
  • MHA / MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare required.
  • Minimum of 3 years in VBC operations with a focus of value-based care contracting. 5+ years preferred.
  • A firm understanding of value-based care models and end-to-end contract management.
  • Strong ability to build engaged relationships for cross-functional collaboration.
  • A firm understanding of relationships among healthcare stakeholders to include primary care providers, specialists, hospitals, and ancillary providers, from both delivery and financial perspectives.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • An understanding of fee for service and capitation payment methodologies.
  • An understanding of the CMS ACO REACH model.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
