Opportunity Overview:

What you will do:
Performance Management
- Monitor and evaluate provider performance using established metrics and data analysis for our Provider Success, Onboarding and Training teams.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance performance and training.

Your background & requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, education, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, provider relations, network operations, or network development role, or a related field.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs for healthcare providers.
- Ability to constantly prioritize large & diverse demands across a variety of areas and independently allocate effort to the highest impact activities
