Since our founding in 2018, we’ve raised tens of millions of capital from top venture capital firms like Matrix Partners and Craft Ventures and we’ve been on a mission to transport freight more efficiently by eliminating waste.

As a Senior Operations Associate you will be a detail-oriented executor who handles recurring operational responsibilities for clients and our team. • Ensure clean, complete, and accurate data is entered into our systems and tracked appropriately
  • Reduce demurrage, detention, and other port logistics inefficiencies
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications with customers and drivers and properly escalate trouble tickets
  • Identify and surface trends, optimize processes, and collaborate with managers to recommend feature enhancements that enable 10x scale
  • Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and external customers by using knowledge of internal tech product and local market dynamics

What success in this role looks like:

  • Detail Oriented – accurate and efficient management of containers requires attention to detail
  • Excellent Communicator – communicate effectively with account managers, carriers and internal teams
  • Proactive – create opportunities to improve operations before problems occur
  • Customer Focused – ultimately our success depends on customer success; a constant focus on customer results is paramount
  • Team Player – willing to jump in to do whatever it takes to ensure the success of the team

What You’ll Bring (Requirements)

  • Minimum Qualifications
    • At least 2 years operational experience in a tech enabled environment
    • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) & GSuite
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth oriented environment
    • You are team player that is biased to action and willing to jump in to do whatever it takes to deliver
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Demonstrated knowledge of the supply-chain/logistics industry
    • You posses mathematical and problem solving skills and are comfortable working with data sets
    • You are skilled at balancing urgent versus important requests, can operate autonomously, and flourish with ambiguity
