The Calling:

An integral part of the marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager is a highly driven and detail-oriented individual who will support key growth and marketing strategies to acquire leads through digital channels, including email, website, paid ads, and SEO. This individual will work closely with sales, product, and cross-functional marketing teams to launch segmented marketing campaigns to drive audience engagement and conversion.

Core responsibilities will include managing the Branching Minds website; developing compelling copy and creative assets (e.g., for website, email marketing, and ads); and managing all aspects of SEO and paid ads – overall strategy, implementation, spending, and data analysis/reporting. Ideally, this individual will thoughtfully and independently integrate website, paid ads, SEO, and email & content marketing efforts to meet lead generation and pipeline development goals.

What You Will Achieve:

  • Manage SEO, implementing best practices, monitoring and reporting on data, and regularly sharing insights with SMEs and the content marketing team.
  • Act as the technical marketing SME on the marketing team, overseeing website and landing page development, campaign setup, A/B testing, UTM usage, and data integration.
  • Continuously experiment and A/B test content across emails, ads, web pages, and landing pages to optimize performance.
  • Assist Sr. Demand Generation Manager with digital marketing deployment, including emails, paid search, paid ads, landing page creation, web page content/SEO enhancements, etc.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing automation strategies to enhance lead generation, nurturing, and customer engagement.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline marketing operations and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Measure the success of marketing campaigns across channels, evaluating performance against marketing goals and budget.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions and campaign optimizations.
  • Document marketing processes and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Assist with marketing reporting and cross-functional readouts of marketing performance.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and innovations, advocating and championing their integration into marketing operations, including new tools, AI marketing technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Develops and oversees the development of SAS programs for the creation of ADaM data sets following CDISC standards.
