Position Objective: 

To lead our digital advertising initiatives for PETA’s fundraising and outreach 

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead the Digital Ads Team, reporting to the Senior Director of Response Fundraising 

• Provide leadership. Directly supervise Digital Ads staff and serve as mentor to coworkers involved in digital advertising campaigns

• Develop and manage annual ad plans and budgets in collaboration with supervisor and leads from Marketing and Advocacy 

• Ensure the Digital Ads team meets PETA’s annual monetary, acquisition, and other goals and KPIs

• Identify, research, and recommend digital marketing strategies to support organizational goals and initiatives across paid placement channels

• Develop and manage testing calendar across all paid placement channels to maximize spend and work toward continuous improvement across campaigns

• Develop paid media reports that clearly demonstrate campaign progress toward agreed upon goals and provide actionable insights for further optimization

• Collaborate with assigned subject matter experts to ensure comprehensive reporting across lead and donor lifecycles

• Identify opportunities for fundraising, engagement, and retention improvements using data analysis

• Oversee digital tracking and targeting initiatives with ads team and partners

• Oversee the creation and implementation of engaging and impactful content across digital platforms such as web, live streaming, audio, mobile, gaming, social, and other emerging technology

• Ensure that internal processes and standards are set and met, so the ads team operates efficiently and provides helpful updates to all stakeholders 

• Prioritize knowledge-sharing and mentorship, educating colleagues on best practices and the latest media industry trends to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation

• Drive strategy and planning meetings and maintain responsibility for persuasively presenting ideas and results

• Ensure PETA’s digital presence aligns with mission and core values

• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

We’re looking for an avid communicator and collaborator who is creative in their approach to solving problems, confident with internal and external stakeholders, and loves “digging in” to uncover insights that drive campaign and program success. You’re qualified for this role if you have:

• At least 10 years of professional experience in digital marketing, strategy, and advertising 

• Exceptional skills in planning, project management, data and statistical analysis

• Proven experience managing direct reports with 10 years or more of management experience preferred 

• Experience working successfully in a matrixed team environment 

• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity 
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn analytics), and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)

We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Partner Solution Architect at Fivetran. You will be responsible for educating our partners on how to successfully install and implement all versions of Fivetran – SaaS, on-premise (HVR) and hybrid (HD) – and when called for, to supervise those.  

While sitting on the Professional Services team, you will work closely with the Fivetran Partner Organization and serve as the services delivery subject matter expert both within the FPO and out to our partners.
