About the Position
The Director, Alumni & Career GTM develops strategy and oversees activation, tracking and optimization of the University’s GTM and engagement strategy for alumni and career for all segments(including engagement journey milestones and communication touches such as email, text, direct mail, social, webinars, newsletters, pendo touches, videos, phone and other digital channels) to drive alumni re-enrollment, student and alumni career advancement, and alumni NPS/advocacy/ambassadorship through nurturing and engagement of alumni. What You’ll Do:

- Provide counsel and recommendations for testing roadmap solutions to address business problems identified within the career and alumni workstreams, in line with the strategic direction of the University.
