What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Coordinate the development and revision process of Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), forms and other controlled documents across all functions of our business
- Facilitate the development, updates, and edits to controlled documents; coordinate approval requirements with internal customers
- Serve as a local system administrator for the Document Control System
- Manage distribution and monitor workflow of controlled documents; maintain document database on obsolete, revised, and distributed SWIs
- Issue status reports and conduct ad-hoc performance analysis
- Define quality and operating requirements
- Ensure that new strategies and process implementations meet or exceed customer expectations
- Contribute to a safe work environment for all employees
- Perform root cause analysis of quality issues
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent related work or military experience
- 1 year of experience in quality control
- Experience with multiple modes of transportation, including DDS, Truckload, Intermodal and Air
It’d be great if you also have:
- Availability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Campaign Creation & Implementation: Designing and executing marketing and advertising campaigns to encourage dealership employees to maximize integration of platform features and content into daily workflows. This will involve a mix of digital channels and creative content creation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with various business units within Ford and Lincoln to align campaigns with their objectives and leverage existing platform solutions. This requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Tracking campaign results, analyzing data (using tools like Tableau), and providing key performance indicators (KPI’s) to leadership to demonstrate impact and inform future improvements.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Keeping all stakeholders (dealership employees, internal teams, etc.) informed through clear and effective communication about the platform, new features, and campaign updates.

Responsibilities:
- Participates and manages departmental projects, ensuring that projects are clearly defined, systematically executed, fully documented, and business results oriented. Adherence to Project Management processes and standards within Lifepoint are required.
- Executes defined migration strategies to move from the current technical platforms to the future technical architecture.
- Participates in the testing of the design or selection of new systems and technical infrastructure projects.
