The Role
We’re hiring two engineering managers. We’re looking for experienced people managers who have hands-on experience tackling technical challenges in software engineering.

The Senior Event Coordinator will play a critical role in advancing CodePath’s mission by planning and executing high-impact, in-person events that support our Career Center and CodePath Local teams. These events will connect students, employers, and the community, creating opportunities for career development, professional networking, and showcasing student achievements. Events coordinated by this team include employer-hosted events for the E3 program, and the award winning Emerging Engineers Summit, the largest tech hiring conference in the nation.
This role requires a highly organized individual with strong project management and event planning skills, who can seamlessly manage a portfolio of events such as employer-hosted engagements, professional development workshops, demo days, hackathons, and learning experiences that happen concurrently nationwide.
Key Activities
- Coordinate the end-to-end logistics for in-person events, ensuring alignment with CodePath’s mission and objectives
- Partner with employers, universities, and local teams to plan and deliver impactful events, including setup, staffing, and post-event evaluations
- Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring all events are executed within scope and on schedule

Our Client Data Exchange Manager is the lead subject matter expert in all data-related things: file layouts, logic, control implementation, and beyond. Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to recommend and put into place new customer acquisition strategies that improve and increase lead volume and quality.
