About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative AI Product Manager to lead transformative AI initiatives across our non-R&D functions. This role will drive the adoption of AI to create significant business value by identifying opportunities, building business cases, and delivering AI-powered solutions that power-up workflows and improve efficiency. If you are a Gem or GPT builder, an AI influencer & evangelist, or have worked in an Automation PMO before, this role is for you! The Business Technology AI Product Manager will have a focus on core Product Management responsibilities:
- Collaborating on the AI business needs across 9 business orgs, defining solutions (AI applications), building business cases to support this work, and measuring the value of this work.
- Creating internal products that solve specific user (internal team) problems,e.g building “low-hanging fruit” like GPTs and Gems based on business needs.
- Focus on driving adoption and value creation across functions, which aligns with AI product success.
This role will also have a key Program Management component:
- The role involves coordinating across multiple functions, managing senior stakeholders, ensuring delivery, and tracking metrics.
- “Acting as glue” for AI Champions and connecting ideas to delivery vehicles, spread throughout Business Technology.
- Activating passion within the AI Champion Network for AI applications and inspiring use cases.

In this role, you will:
- Strategy and Vision: Work with AI Champions across the business to identify, refine and prioritize high-value AI opportunities across non-R&D functions (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR, Finance). Develop and articulate a clear vision for AI adoption within each function.

Essential Responsibilities:
As a Discipline Engineer, you will:
- Report solid line to the Plant Engineering Manager and dotted line to the Discipline Engineering Manager.
- You will be part of an engineering team that assures proposals and early works packages are aligned with our standard offering. You will identify any technical departures and work with engineering teams to provide costs, cycle times and risks for the planned offering.
- You will establish and maintain effective discipline specific design interfaces and document these in deliverables that become part of proposals and/or contracts.
