The Pricing Program Manager role gives the incumbent an opportunity to drive the retail promotion strategy for the brand from conceptualization to execution. The manager also gets to hone their analytical skills in evaluating the performance of these initiatives and presenting them at regular intervals to the Commercial LT. It also gives the individual an opportunity to build a network and gain visibility across different functions of the organization which can lay the foundation for future growth.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive the planning and preparation of the general loyalty programs with strategic partners.
  • Assist the Pricing Strategy team identify accounts with the best capabilities to run general loyalty programs, establish KPIs for investment and track performance.
  • Guide KAMs and Commercial stakeholders to prepare the sell-in strategy for executing the promotions. Coordinate when needed with the JUUL account managers and chain buyers to manage the programs and with 3rd party vendors to execute them.
  • Hold regular loyalty training/office hours with the sales org throughout the promotion periods.
  • Track performance, budgets, and invoicing of the loyalty programs at the chain level, identify opportunities and present to the Commercial leadership and sales teams on performance and ways to optimize execution.
  • Collaborate with the category management team to identify loyalty programs that are being run at the chains by competitors. Develop JUUL counter plans with the Pricing strategy team where needed.
  • Timely planning and execution of chain loyalty programs as laid out in the promotion calendar
  • Measurement of the performance of different chains to identify the ones with the best execution and ROI
  • Maintaining of the budgets in coordination with Pricing Strategy and Finance teams.
  • Analyzing the results from the programs and bring bimonthly recommendations to the RGM team on how to continuously improve the chain loyalty initiatives.

Job Description:
The Project Manager (PM) oversees the administration of tort litigation. This position acts largely as an account executive of multiple complex projects. PMs are the face of the company to our clients and as such are accountable for the client relationship. Internally, they coordinate with key departments including: Client Development, Case Development, Lien Resolution, Shared Services, Finance, and Legal. The primary responsibility is to ensure client satisfaction with project deliverables. Legal Mass Tort/Class Action experience preferred.

Principal Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship & Engagement: Responsiveness to communication and correspondence; timeliness and accuracy of information provided to clients; ability to listen and understand client needs and anticipate obstacles to client satisfaction; ability to represent client’s needs internally.
  • Project Management: Timely and accurate execution of project deliverables, key milestones and tasks; oversight of the Settlement Agreement or other mandates/milestones; ability to drive deadlines with quality outcomes; ownership and accountability of the overall delivery for the client.
  • Internal Collaboration: Strive to meet the needs of the client while building internal relationships; understand and learn the business areas that we depend on; support new efforts and approaches; foster an environment of continuous improvements through implementation of feedback & lessons learned.
  • Management: Provide oversight of direct reports including interviewing and hiring, training and ongoing development; effective delegation and engagement; modeling leadership behaviors and appropriately addressing disciplinary issues when necessary. Manages and reports to management on teams operations, forecasting, productivity and overall team health.
  • Escalation Oversight: Manage escalations from various departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution and a superior client experience; proactive identification of trends, issues and execution of a mitigation plan to correct root cause.
  • Quality: Ability to identify important quality trends and to implement improvements; willingness to problem solve to identify root cause; provide feedback and coaching to the team where appropriate
  • Invoicing: Timely and accurate invoicing to the clients; proactive identification of potential errors; validation and ownership for accurate invoicing to contract; timely communication of changes to Finance; timely collection of past due invoices; close monitoring of project to budget
  • Process Improvement: Work with development teams to implement technology solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of client deliverables (reports, letters, notices, etc.). Partner with IT teams to report, escalate and manage Client Portal issues and resolution. Identify, recommend, and spearhead initiatives and strategies to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Forecasting: Accurate forecasting of planned revenue based on anticipated stages of work. Monitor and report client activity in comparison to budgets and agreements, including billing and other financial functions.

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years working in a legal environment with administrative or project management. Mass Tort preferred.

The Compensation range for this role is 67,482.90 – 134,965.20 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s location, skills, experience and qualifications.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, graphic arts, or equivalent area of study.
  • Minimum 7 years’ creative/creative management experience.
  • Pharmaceutical and/or medical device experience preferred
  • Outstanding creative presentation skills
  • Must be self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure within tight deadlines
  • Advanced PC or Mac experience with all Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite
