- Analyze existing system architecture and recommend secure design changes to the cloud environment

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years designing and implementing Microsoft solutions
- In-Depth understanding of the implementation and administration processes to support the Office 365 suite of products (Azure AD, O365 Groups, Office.com, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive) etc.
- Exchange Online, to include OME & S/MIME Encryption, DKIM, DMARC and SPF concepts
- Proficiency in O365/EXO PowerShell, automation, and optimization of manual processes

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary liaison with key client representatives and owns the service delivery relationship for assigned projects;

Qualifications & Characteristics
- A solid understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry which is typically a result of at least 4 years of experience in project management positions with law firms, corporate legal departments or eDiscovery service providers.
- Evidence of emerging leadership and staff development skills which help to motivate staff members and provide professional growth allowing them to assume additional responsibilities
- Demonstrated success in the management of multiple simultaneous projects.
- Oral and written communication skills which provide a strong and confident leadership presence.
- Excellent client relationship skills which include the ability to proactively manage client expectations, recognize client needs and adapt company capabilities to consistently meet client requirements.
- A solid understanding of database design and management, data processing activities and legal document review requirements.

Senior IT Project Technician – EMS will be responsible for leading smaller and/or less complex IT projects and will work with multiple Senior IT Project Managers, IT Managers and Technical Resources. The IT Project Coordinator – EMS is responsible for maintaining, monitoring and organizing the artifacts and events related to a project.
Senior IT Project Technician – EMS will assist the IT Project Manager(s) on complex projects to ensure project deliverables and deadlines are met by:
