The Business Intelligence Manager for FinTech will serve as a senior analytical resource for Product, Engineering and Finance for the FinTech business area. Their focus will be on extracting insights from product data, partnering cross functionally to optimize pricing strategies, and providing stakeholders with reporting on the health of the FinTech business. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, who is able to identify patterns in noisy data. Overview:
The Implementation Manager Position is a project management-based function, responsible for managing the end-to-end technical onboarding activities and managing the integration of client solutions from inception to completion. Areas of coordination but not limited to include Network Connectivity, Application configuration, Settlement Reporting design and delivery, Partner Support, Certification and Production validation. A BHN technology position, this role reports to the I&O Senior Manager of Technology Implementation.
This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except the state of Colorado.
Responsibilities:
- Lead new and existing clients through technical implementation, requiring technical expertise in Payments Host processing, including the ability to guide them through application development, file transmission methods, file and message layouts as defined in established on-boarding processes and protocols
- Responsible for representing the program to partners. Must be able to articulate technology and program positioning to both business and technical users. Must be able to identify all technical issues to assure complete partner satisfaction through all stages of the sales & integration process
- Overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of all technical tasks related to a client implementation.
- Communicate the status to the stakeholders (team, sponsor, client etc.), on a weekly basis i.e. Weekly client meeting and department tracker
- Secure commitments for support players’ time, as well as holding people accountable for performance of their project role
- Efficient and effective throughput of IT implementation service delivery projects for timely revenue recognition and maximum customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Management or related discipline or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Project Manager role or client-facing technical implementation role
- Sense of project ownership and self-motivation with a track record of managing multiple complex tasks with the ability to work within a matrix organization
- Excellent strengths in time management, organization skills and communication, both written and verbal in English

The Senior IT Security Professional within the Corporate Security and Resilience (CS&R) Identity and Access Management (IAM) team’s primary responsibility is to support and maintain the IAM suite of applications.
The IAM suite of applications is a mixture of on premise, hybrid and cloud based.
Escalation of issues and more technical aspects of the job are required by this resource, along with on-boarding and support of on premise, hybrid and cloud based Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication and Directory Services experience required while providing technical expertise to both the internal and external departments within the organization.
Location is not a barrier for this role and while our preference would be to have a chosen candidate with onsite capabilities in one of our corporate headquarters – we are open to remote employment within the United States for an experienced candidate.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and supporting application security measures to protect computer systems, networks and data
- Implementing and supporting single sign-on, multi-factor and directory service based solutions
- Implementing and supporting the future direction of IAM hybrid and cloud architecture
- Assessing emerging IAM technologies to determine where they fill gaps, overlap with existing solutions or extend capabilities
- Level 3 support for the day-to-day operations of the Citizens IAM Platform Operations team
- Providing security services that enable business while maintaining the highest levels of service and support without compromising a strong risk position

Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- 10 or more years in system security administration, controls or information management experience as a Security Engineer, support role or consultant preferably in a financial services environment
- 3 or more years of operational support experience in a large environment. This could be OS, application, DevOps, or Database or any combination
- Experience with the access management frameworks within cloud technologies such as AWS and/or Azure
- Experience in implementing and supporting IAM security with proficient understanding of best practices
- Experience in supporting customer authentication platforms – SSO, MFA, OAuth, OTP, LDAP
- Experience in implementing and supporting identity cloud solutions
- Proven service and delivery capability / focus

- Clear understanding of CoBIT and ITIL Frameworks
- Demonstrated advanced communication skills both verbal and written

- Cloud experience in either AWS or Azure preferred
- Hands on Linux/UNIX experience, with automation (scripting) a plus
- Familiarity with Agile a plus but not required
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
