Responsibilities:

  • Technology Strategy Development
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives
    • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends, providing recommendations on potential implementation to enhance business processes, improve customer experience, and drive growth
    • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to leverage the latest and greatest generative AI models to improve our operational efficiency, enhance our customer experience, and drive profitable growth.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance our competitive edge and automate our operations.
  • Front-End Technology Oversight
    • Oversee and optimize the performance, functionality, and integrity of our website and mobile app
    • Guide cross-functional collaborations with the design, content, brand, marketing, and customer support teams to create an exceptional digital experience for our customers
    • Manage the development team and external agencies to execute web development, conversion rate optimization (CRO), quality assurance (QA), and search engine optimization (SEO)

  • Back-End Technology Oversight
    • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and efficient back-end systems and infrastructure

    • Manage all existing backend systems, including Shopify, NetSuite, 3PL WMS, etc.

    • Own and streamline all operations and financial processes within back-end technology stack, including but not limited to shipping, fulfillment, inventory management, returns, invoicing, payment processing and revenue accounting

  • Business Intelligence Strategy
    • Define and execute a robust business intelligence strategy, leveraging data analytics, reporting tools, and visualization techniques to provide actionable insights for decision-making and strategic planning
    • Lead and manage a team of data analysts to analyze and interpret large sets of data, including data from various sources and platforms, with a focus on leveraging data from our data provider, Source Medium
    • Identify, prioritize and execute strategic analyses impacting key performance metrics across all business functions, including finance, operations, supply chain, product creation, marketing, customer experience, retail, marketplaces, international, etc.
    • Build and maintain in-depth dashboards with clear, easy-to-read visuals for all cross-functional partners

Requirements:

  • 15+ years experience running e-commerce direct-to-consumer technology operations
  • 10+ years of experience in front-end technology management
  • Proven experience in managing web and mobile application development
  • Strong knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization, Quality Assurance, and Search Engine Optimization
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and data analysis tools
  • 10+ years experience running/optimizing backend operations systems and processes, including a track record of work with logistics partners and a strong understanding of order fulfillment and inventory management processes
  • 10+ years experience running/optimizing backend financial systems and processes, with a strong understanding of accounting rules and how to apply them in NetSuite

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Product to oversee the Health Rules Payer line of products. As the Vice President of Product, you will own the strategic direction and feature requirements for the products driving AI & Cloud innovation and ensuring competitive differentiation.

What you will do:

  • Define and manage the definition of product vision and strategy.
  • Identify new products or enhancements to existing products by understanding and analyzing user needs, HE’s current product suite and customer business requirements.
  • Establish organization KPIs around product strategy as well as delivery, and continuously improve the development process, documenting learnings from the development of each solution.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the US and India product management teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 10 + years of extensive experience in product management of enterprise application suite, preferably in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex enterprise software products.
  • Demonstrated and progressive leadership experience, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including remote and offshore teams.
