We are looking for a Web Project Manager to join our team. This person is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of web-based projects. This role combines aspects of project management, web development, and communication to ensure that web projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the project’s objectives and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Strategy: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with client requirements and company goals. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, taking into account available resources and timelines. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align project objectives accordingly.
- Project Execution and Management: Lead cross-functional project teams, including web developers, designers, content creators, and marketers, to execute projects effectively. Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. Manage project resources, including allocating tasks, setting priorities, and resolving conflicts to ensure optimal productivity. Regularly communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
- Web Development Oversight: Provide technical guidance and expertise on web development best practices, user experience (UX), and search engine optimization (SEO). Collaborate with web developers and designers to ensure the delivery of high-quality web solutions that meet client requirements. Conduct quality assurance testing and implement appropriate measures to ensure websites meet functional and design specifications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives, and managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and content, to ensure seamless integration of web projects into broader digital marketing strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and innovation within project management practices. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development and digital marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in web development with digital marketing agency, with a focus on managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, such as SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

Job Description:
As the Vice President of Agency Operations for Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations. You will work closely with other departments to ensure the highest quality standards. You will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for execution of our business strategy.
The right candidate will be able to grasp the current stage of the company and competitive landscape, and work closely with the leadership team to understand how to improve our offering, develop our competitive strategy, and deliver a fast implementation.

- A portfolio of work samples demonstrating expertise in a broad palette of research methods (e.g. moderated and unmoderated testing, ethnographic research, group facilitation, survey design, sampling methods and validity in research design) and how your research has impacted the customer experience or business strategy
- A proven record of proactively seeking opportunities to share expertise and build knowledge amongst the rest of the UX Research team and Product Development organization
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver crisp presentations, appropriate tone, and clear insights that allow for quick and accurate decision making
