Job Description:
As the Vice President of Agency Operations for Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations. You will work closely with other departments to ensure the highest quality standards. You will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for execution of our business strategy.
The right candidate will be able to grasp the current stage of the company and competitive landscape, and work closely with the leadership team to understand how to improve our offering, develop our competitive strategy, and deliver a fast implementation.

- Have a substantial experience as VP of Operations/COO or similar leadership role
- Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including marketing, customer success, product, and employee management
- You are a strong people manager, able to help staff deliver effectively, and develop their careers so they can become increasingly effective.
- From your previous roles, you can demonstrate a good understanding of forecasting and analysis and are generally good with numbers and financial planning
- You have experience with project management methodologies, particularly Agile, and can quickly and iteratively deliver solutions.
- You can manage multiple stakeholders, effectively prioritize requests and projects, and communicate the priorities to the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s operations.
- Collaborate with other executives to set and achieve company goals and objectives.
- Manage the company’s budget and financial performance, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, ensuring that they are motivated, engaged, and aligned with company values.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Manage the company’s technology infrastructure, ensuring that it is reliable, secure, and able to support the company’s operations.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize operations and increase profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for the company to expand its services or enter new markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management software and tools
