As the Senior Product Manager for Auto-Transcribe, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the next generation of transcription-powered product experiences for the business, propelling Auto-Transcribe from serving hundreds of customers in select countries to a global user base numbering in the thousands.
What You’ll Do
Location: Remotely from the United States or Hybrid in our Seattle office
Reports to: Principal Product Manager, Auto-Transcribe
Direct Reports:
- Create and oversee the Auto-Transcribe product roadmap, charting the course for its evolution.
- Support the development of the strategy and vision for the Auto-Transcribe business, driving innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with UX research to identify and prioritize end-user needs, ensuring our solutions directly address the most critical pain points.
- Take ownership of proposing and specifying work through comprehensive 1-pagers and PRDs (Product Requirement Documents).
- Work directly with our UX, AI, and engineering teams to design and deliver roadmap items.
- Instrument and measure the outcomes of product deliveries, leveraging data insights to refine and enhance the product

About the role
We are looking for a Operation Analyst (Contract) teammate to help assist with the stabilization our Ecommerce inventory and data activities and support on preparation for the Grimes/ CR NetSuite unification into Grimes instance.

The Team:
Will report to Mark MIka and have two other peers
Projects to complete.
- Inventory sync project requiring data review and analysis within NetSuite and Mainfreight’s customer portal Mainchain.
- You will investigate inventory discrepancies and review historical inbound/ outbound delta qty’s and legacy transfers and adjustments to provide proper discovery on items before making an inventory adjustment out of stock.
- OPEN PO clean up for NetSuite migration to Grimes system. All PO dates/ Street Dates must be brought up to current.
- Manage that over 75% of all dates on expected receipt are past due manage those and connect with vendors
- Review all current HTS harmonized codes on Grimes and CR products for accuracy,
- Responsibility rate and then inserting data into NetSuite.
- Review Mainfreight shipping costs against UPS/ Fedex/ USPS rates on the Crunchyroll/ Sony Account. (This could potentially save hundreds of thousands of dollars a year)
Requirements
- High normal to advanced excel with advanced being green field.
- Perform basic pivot tables, V: lookup is important.
- 2 years’ experience with inventory management in consumer goods operation.
- 2 years’ experience working within and ERP system with NetSuite being greenfield.
- Prefer experience working with Smartsheet or other PM software.

Job Summary:
The Motion Designer concepts and creates compelling motion graphics and animations to enhance Blavity Inc. creative across all digital platforms including video, social media, and websites. Responsibilities:
- Work with creative lead to conceptualize fresh and innovative animations to elevate Black stories
- Use brand guidelines to design motion graphics for Blavity events, visual campaigns, and digital products
- Ensure all projects are delivered on deadline, and in line with the Blavity Inc. brand vision
- Work in a detail-oriented fashion by delivering projects according to initial specifications and requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required, fine art, motion design, or similar discipline
- Required Experience: 3-4 years of experience as professional motion designer or animator
- Technologies: Proficiency with design and editing software such as After Effects, and Premiere Pro
