Tripwire Interactive is looking for an experienced Graphics Programmer to join our battle tested team, helping to design visually compelling worlds that our players will love to explore, fight, and play within. Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with artists and engineers to research, design, schedule, implement, and optimize rendering features
  • Debug, profile, and optimize rendering CPU and GPU code
  • Be forward thinking and keep up to date on current technologies
  • Work on other tools and technology to enhance graphics features
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong C++ knowledge and system design skills
  • Experience with HLSL
  • Experience with modern 3D graphics APIs (DX12, Vulkan, Metal, etc)
  • Shipped one or more titles using Unreal Engine in a similar role
  • Experience optimizing CPU and GPU performance using profilers (PIX, Razor, VTune, Unreal Insights, etc)
  • Experience debugging graphics pipelines
  • Self-motivated and able to dive into a complex system with quick results
  • Strong communication and proficiency in working with technical artists to develop and iterate on features and tools
  • Excellent 3D math skills

Preference to applicants with:

  • Experience shipping at least one console or PC game
  • Experience writing, debugging and optimizing compute shaders
  • Experience with Unreal’s RHI
  • Experience with Unreal Engine 5 features (Nanite, Lumen, VSM, etc)

Your primary role will be to take Axon’s Professional Services platforms to the next level. Participate in strategy and design of Axon’s customer project delivery systems with other stakeholders while taking ownership of the development and support aspects of the platforms and data. In order to accomplish these tasks, you will manage our project tools built on Salesforce Work Orders, Smartsheet/Taskray platform and you will develop, integrate and support business critical, customer facing applications built primarily on the Salesforce platform. You will be recognized as the subject matter expert (SME) in this area and work closely with business analysts and administrators on building new key features and fixing system issues for these important customer platforms.

Your Day to Day

  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert and advisor on all Professional Services technology functionality and data.
  • Manage technical operations in the Project Systems including the front-end system and the back-end system processes and data.
  • Provide second-tier technical support of all the related Salesforce integrations. Interact with vendors to troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Serve as the primary data administrator including managing users, roles, completions and data feeds from and to other internal sources.
  • Monitor for reoccurring issues, system/data or process gaps and proactively identify potential sources of increased efficiency and enhancements.
  • Build and prepare reports on resource optimization, project completions and overall program participation.
  • Lead and manage the integration of new Professional Services applications/systems.
  • Collaborate with team to research and recommend technologies and evaluate existing solutions for future development opportunities.
  • Lead technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the existing systems architecture.
  • Facilitate periodic access reviews to meet regulatory audit requirements.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years experience in a systems administration or development role.
  • 3+ years experience in Salesforce administration or development working with custom objects, automations (Process Builder, Flow, or APEX), and integrations.
  • Knowledge of database software or relational database theory and able to query using SQL, SOQL, or similar.
  • Ability to explain technologies to non-technical personnel.
  • Extreme attention to detail and accuracy.


Preferred Skills / Experience

  • Bachelors degree in MIS, CIS, CS, or related field.
  • Prior experience with programmatic development of Apex, HTML, CSS, Javascript, web services, RESTful APIs.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, and other Salesforce certifications.
  • Tableau and/or Power BI report building experience.

  • Support User Acceptance Testings of implemented designs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of digital experience focused on eCommerce
  • 5+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, animations and transitions a plus
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
  • Extensive experience designing email templates within brand guidelines and knowledge of email channel best practices
  • Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo a plus
  • A strong digital portfolio showcasing your style and strengths across multiple digital touch points
