The position
You’ll be joining 100 engineers across Frontend, Backend, SRE and QA. We’re organised into cross-functional development teams assigned to specific verticals.
This role is open for several teams, and we will define the exact team that you will be joining during the interview process based on the business needs and your preferences.
Regardless of the specific team, you will be working on building tools, APIs and integrations for one of our products.
Our backend is built with Elixir and Phoenix, with a Postgres database. We use React and Nextjs for our front-end. Gitlab is used as a version control tool, issue tracker and a CI/CD solution. Our applications are hosted on AWS. We fully rely on our CI for deployments and deploy multiple times per day.

As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that resonates with our audience and enhances our online presence.

- Be a SEO padawan! You don’t need to be SEO-Yoda, but you do need the force to be with you. You can conduct keyword research and use it to write optimized content for search engines. You’ve improved organic search rankings with content before!
- Be a team player! Collaborates with a high-performing marketing team to execute timely, sometimes fast-paced content strategies that are on-brand and aligned with our target audience. You should be comfortable with feedback, ownership, implementing good meeting hygiene, and speaking up if something is unclear, etc.?
- Be a consumer of trends! Your content marketing knowledge isn’t from 2006. You enjoy staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices and are proactive in doing so. You’ve played around with AI content generation and are proficient at prompt engineering.
- Be obsessed with good design! You will collaborate with our design, web, and marketing ops functions often. Not to mention cross-functionally with sales, our C-suite, and other subject matter experts. Having a predisposition to visually appealing design is a plus.
- Be a data-analyzer! You have experience monitoring and analyzing the performance of content using SEO tools and are able to make data-driven recommendations for improvement. (We use SEMRush, GA, and GSC).
- Be a doer! You roll up your sleeves and take a full brief, or sometimes the jist of a brief, and can write a good, first draft within deadline. Should be comfortable with ambiguity at times.
- Be a top-notch copyeditor! You see a typo and it makes your eye twitch a little. You have great attention-to-detail skills, and you don’t mind being the final proofreader of content to ensure we adhere to editorial style guidelines and accuracy.
- Be flexible. We are an all-hands-on deck team. There will be other tasks as assigned, if needed.
Requirements
What makes a great candidate:
- Someone with strong experience in professional writing, who likes to write, and is comfortable with a writing and editing intensive role. Anyone who has journalism or agency experience is a plus!
- 3-5 years of experience in content writing, with a focus on SEO techniques, writing for the web, and UX best practices.
- A proven understanding of keyword research for on-page SEO. Off-page SEO knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Our tech stack includes Hubspot, Monday, SEMRush, Salesforce, WordPress, and Microsoft Suite. Familiarity with these platforms is a plus!
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a 100% remote, team environment. Can operate with little direction and has a high degree of autonomy.
- Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to create exciting content that removes friction and inspires action.
