As Olo’s VP, FP&A, reporting to the CFO, you will oversee the organization’s budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional finance support. You will work closely with Olo’s executive team, business unit leaders, department heads, and key stakeholders to develop and implement short- and long-term financial models and strategies that align with the company’s strategic and financial objectives. In addition, you will provide valuable analytical insights and decision-making support to facilitate the achievement of our financial targets and drive overall business performance. To be successful in his role, you’ll need a broad strategic mindset, innate curiosity, executive presence, and strong financial planning process and systems experience.
You can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.
Key Areas of Focus
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Oversee Olo’s budgeting and forecasting process, for both long-term and short-term planning timeframes
- Work closely with the executive team, business unit leaders and various department-level budget owners in establishing and monitoring various budget and forecast decisions that align with company goals and objectives
- Drive accountability through the annual budgeting and forecast process by coordinating with budget owners to set financial targets, measuring progress, and proposing alternative solutions when necessary
- Implement scenario planning practices into overall planning processes, surfacing risks and opportunities to business and financial objectives
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly KPI and financial reports along with variance analyses
- Oversee board-level FP&A reporting deliverables including budgets, forecasts, pacing, variance analysis
Operations; Systems and Processes
- Improve upon various FP&A processes by streamlining existing processes and leveraging automation where possible with existing financial planning tools, including Adaptive Planning, Pigment, Looker, and others
- Integrate various upstream systems into existing FP&A systems as a means to drive leverage, timeliness, and accuracy within the organization’s financial planning processes
Ad Hoc Analysis & Business Insights
- Develop and maintain various key performance indicators (KPI) and financial models to support decision-making and proactive business management
- Act as business thought leader in analyzing various performance metrics, industry data, and financial information to drive business insights
- Advise senior leaders on financial matters offering data-driven recommendations for operational efficiency and desired business outcomes
Cross-functional Support
- Assist the Strategy & Ops team in financial aspects relating to the company OKR process and ad hoc strategic analysis
- Support the Go-to-Market organization in pricing, packaging, deal analysis, and productivity planning
- Assist the Business Development and Corporate Development teams with ad hoc analysis related to new business ventures, renewal of existing relationships, and potential M&A.
- Collaborate with the Investor Relations team with items related to the quarterly earnings process, such as variance commentary, guidance, and messaging.
- Provide support to the People & Culture organization on compensation, benefits, and equity planning.
Team Leadership & Development
- Develop a team of FP&A professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to foster a high-performing and motivated team
What We’ll Expect From You
- 12-15+ years of related experience with high exposure to executive leadership
- Experience with SaaS and fintech business models, preferably at a public company
- Demonstrated success in consistently producing timely and highly predictable financial models
- Innate curiosity to understand overall business and industry trends, and use these insights to devise ad hoc analysis to surface business risks and opportunities
- Strategic mindset with a track record of providing valuable insights and driving financial improvements across a business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts in a simplified way to leaders

Product Managers at Exygy are focused on the planning and execution of successful product strategy, discovery, prototyping, validation, and building work for projects with different clients. In this role, you will be focusing on delivering and growing Bloom, a one-stop-shop platform for all affordable housing-related needs, an in-house product that we implement in partnership with different jurisdictions across the US. You will work with the Bloom team and our clients to identify needs, define and prioritize areas of focus, and execute different digital solutions. You’ll facilitate and manage a cross-functional team – consisting of Exygy team members (other Product Managers, designers, researchers, housing experts, and engineers), client team members, and contracted partners – to deliver different solutions for our housing-related portfolio of products.
The Product Manager role at Exygy is a dual role: 70% product management and 30% project management. You may manage digital solutions (features or new product areas) for different jurisdictions at any given time depending on the scope and scale of our different engagements. For example, Exygy is expanding its Bloom work across California and into other regions in America. We expect that the person in this role may play a critical role in addressing different product challenges and opportunities of implementing and scaling our housing product across multiple counties/cities.

Responsibilities
- Lead the product visioning alongside clients, that’s supported by user-centered discovery, and effectively champion it to the project team.
- Define project success and lead a multidisciplinary team toward successful execution using a comprehensive project plan, tools, and artifacts.
- Serve as the main project point of contact for clients, bringing along key stakeholders, guiding swift decision-making, and ensuring client happiness throughout the engagement.
- Shepherd clients through the product strategy and development life cycle by clearly articulating the process and how the workstreams fit together to achieve the product outcomes.
- Facilitate the strategy, design, and engineering processes when needed. For example, you may support one of our designers in running a user test or you may lead the discovery, ideation, and validation process of new feature sets for specific clients.
- Anticipate, navigate, and facilitate creative solutions to project hurdles and risks, including managing scope. Ensure high-quality work that is on time and budget, manage the project budget and scope, client reporting, invoicing, and staff allocation.
- Support business development calls with leads.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years as a product manager (or equivalent) working within client contexts to execute on design and technology projects, either at a consulting firm, full-service digital agency, or similar environment and role.
- Human and equity-centered design approach to the work and the ability to balance user needs with client business constraints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as facilitative leadership skills. Ability to empathize with, influence, and motivate individuals. Ability to stay calm and responsive under pressure, managing change fluidly.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent management and organization skills. Able to keep track of many moving parts while smoothly adapting to new information or disruptions to the plan.
- Experience implementing Agile methodologies in complex organizations. Ability to facilitate requirements from multiple stakeholders and prioritize them into a detailed feature backlog.
- Experience managing stakeholders and projects for large, complex organizations. Ideally, previous experience as the Product Manager on a government digital product and experience leading large content management projects in Drupal and/or WordPress.

Job Purpose and Overview
As a web content manager, you’ll ensure all necessary content is included on a website and is laid out in a way that suits the user. You’ll also keep everything up to date and accurate.
