The Associate Director, Design will be responsible for creating outstanding visual stories to keep users engaged throughout their digital experience. They will establish art direction and design for complex and dynamic experiences across multiple channels and devices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct conceptual exploration, establish direction and design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of that direction through production.
  • Help establish art direction of projects.
  • Lead the design of scalable, flexible design systems that are optimized for a range of devices.
  • Champion usability, accessibility, and mobile-friendly best practices.
  • Preemptively identify problems and propose solutions.
  • Assist with keeping deliverables and schedules aligned on a given project.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Brand Design/Digital Branding and UI Design principles.
  • Illustration ability (to create Line, Flat, Isometric, Montage, Geometric Abstraction, etc.)
  • Experience designing complex and dynamic experiences across multiple digital channels for various devices and corporate Platform Systems.
  • Advanced skills with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Craft, and Zeplin.
  • Understand how information architecture and schematics translate into design.
  • Exceptionally skilled in Design Branding and User Interfacing.
  • Ability to organize information, prioritize, have attention to detail, and accurately follow procedures.
  • Ability to maintain self-motivation and to work independently in team environments.

OLIPOP is looking for a Sr. Digital Designer. This will be an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and work to define the future at OLIPOP. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with our in-house omnichannel and marketing teams to design digital experiences and wireframes for our digital platforms including drinkolipop.com, Amazon and email
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define design requirements for new or enhanced digital experiences
  • Support User Acceptance Testings of implemented designs
  • Identify, address and strategize solutions around impacting the customer journey and website performance (CRO)
  • Establish and maintain a consistent UX and visual standard and brand identity across all OLIPOP digital entities
  • Work cross functionally with the omnichannel team, designers, copywriters, web developers and marketing to build a best in class digital experience for OLIPOP customers
  • Design and build landing pages in Figma and Shogun
  • Design visually stunning email templates and visual assets for email marketing campaigns
  • Build and implement email designs within email marketing platforms, such as Klaviyo 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of digital experience focused on eCommerce
  • 5+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, animations and transitions a plus
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
  • Extensive experience designing email templates within brand guidelines and knowledge of email channel best practices
  • Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo a plus
  • A strong digital portfolio showcasing your style and strengths across multiple digital touch points
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging digital technologies
  • Knowledge of best practices, including web accessibility, prototyping
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, along with acute attention to detail
  • Ability to present and pitch designs to executives
  • Familiarity with the OLIPOP brand, consumer, and aesthetic – especially as we continue to evolve

The person filling this role will be working as a Senior Network Engineer, supporting the Vista Outdoor network infrastructure.  They will take a lead role in planning, deploying, and supporting networking equipment. The Frontend Developer/Engineer

We are seeking a Frontend Developer/Engineer to fill the specialized role of Experiment Engineer. An Experiment Engineer manufactures HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript code to run on top of client websites that alter the experience of the site in an effort to improve the conversion rates of key performance metrics. They are comfortable working across a variety of different front-end frameworks and libraries as well as APIs. They must also be comfortable working to validate concepts by choosing the cheapest route to MVP versus over-engineering any particular task. They are familiar with CRO platforms such as Optimizely, Convert, VWO, and Google Optimize.

Responsibilities include:

Develops efficient and robust experimentation code using HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript which is injected on top of existing client sites via experimentation software such as Optimizely, Convert, and VWO.

Engages as a technical consultant, providing web development expertise and insights, on internal and client-facing video calls.

Communicates thoroughly and sets clear expectations with Project Managers, Quality Assurance Analysts, and clients.

Offers ideas and provides feedback to help grow and scale Cro Metrics as a business.

Qualifications & Experience:

This is a high communication role, and while no specific experience is required, you must be capable of learning new technical concepts quickly, regularly, and be able to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

2+ years of experience writing HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript in a professional environment.

Critical thinking — You can analyze a problem, craft a solution, and love iterating on your own processes. Every experiment is unique and has a different set of challenges so we often find ourselves in uncharted waters.

Attention to detail — You have high attention to visual detail, can interpret specifications, can communicate detailed instructions, and leave no edge case unattended.

Updates internal documentation to help ensure site caveats and learnings are available and disseminated to peers.

Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, calendars, spreadsheets, etc).
