We are looking for a Sr. UI/UX Designerat alarge, global B2B Software company.This role will work with other talented designers who have diverse skills and backgrounds, such as Design Systems, UX Design, Visual Design, UI Design, Content Design, Interaction Design, and more. You will use your creativity and expertise to design solutions that are user-centered, accessible, and beautiful. You will also collaborate with other stakeholders and share your design approach and vision. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on how people work around the world.
This is a 6-month project (extension possible), 40 hours per week. Remote in the US. Must be Comfortable working in the PST time Zone.

Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative design solutions and world-class product experiences that transform how people work around the world.
- Drive user experiences from concept to delivery based on in-depth comprehension of user needs and design principles.
- As part of a cross-functional team, champion your design approach, reconcile feedback from various stakeholders, and provide your input to others in a collaborative, supportive, working environment.
- Participate in workshops and collaboration sessions.
- Gather information on previous design and research efforts to learn about key persona(s), use cases, and other contextual information.
- Outline requirements and prioritization for design deliverables.
- Create design deliverables (which may include prototypes, concepts, wireframes, interaction flows, mood boards, screen comps, and design specs).
- Validation of design concepts through internal partners and external customers, as applicable.
Requirements:
- Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
- Advanced Design tool Experience (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, MIRO) Figma Experience is highly preferred and will be prioritized over other design tools.
- Experience designing for Responsive, Adaptive, and Native is ideal.
- Designing for WCAG accessibility is needed.
- Experience creating products with atomic design systems is preferred.
- An inspiring portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered, design solutions based on human-centered design and research data.
- Bachelors degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Visual Design, HCI, or a related field.
