Quince is seeking a dynamic individual to be an integral part of our Ecommerce team as an Ecommerce Analyst. As an Ecommerce Analyst at Quince, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and optimizing the Quince ecommerce experience through data-driven insights and strategic analysis. You will be responsible for translating data into actionable recommendations to enhance customer engagement, increase conversions, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Translate data into critical insights to unlock growth across the Quince ecommerce experience
  • Perform comprehensive analysis of customer behavior on the site and the conversion funnel to make recommendations and implement strategies for improvement
  • Own strategy and development of daily, weekly, and monthly dashboard for reporting both within the ecommerce team and to the Quince leadership
  • Serve as business owner of ecommerce data, ensure comprehensive and accurate event and data capture
  • Support A/B and MV testing, methodology, results analysis, and recommendations
  • Perform ad hoc issue investigation and quantification of business impact
  • Perform ROI analysis to assess the impact of different initiatives in informing the ecommerce roadmap
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest ecommerce trends and technologies to identify new opportunities for growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline (Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Applied Mathematics) preferred
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in data analytics with a focus in ecommerce and a deep understanding of the ecommerce conversion funnel
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex data (including experience with Looker)
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including an ability to communicate across business areas
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple threads of work in a fast-paced environment

The Enterprise Applications & Architecture (EAA) Team acts as a catalyst for Coinbase by using best-in-class, 3rd-party, enterprise applications; purpose-built software; automation; and integrated workflows all of which freeassociates minds and time to focus on high-judgment tasks. The Business Unit Delivery team is a vital part of Coinbases Enterprise Applications and Architecture org, responsible for building and supporting applications used by our business unit partners on a daily basis to perform their work tasks. The CXP team within Business Unit Delivery is responsible for building, configuring and managing applications todrivebest-in-class customer service for Coinbase customers, through enabling an efficient and effective customer service network.

We are hiring a product manager to our team who will be responsible for integratinghome-grown and third party generative AI solutions with our existing, as well as under-development Customer Service applications used by our Customer Service Agents (e.g. Continuously improve Coinbases internal LLM with new knowledge bases targeted for various Customer Service network personas, Integrate Coinbases internal LLM-based Agent Assist product with both Salesforce Case Management Experience and Coinbases internally built Compliance Case Handling product). This product manager will also be responsible for driving various initiatives to implement and optimize the use of third party tools, used within our Customer Service Agent network (e.g. Amazon Connect, SFDC, Voice of the Customer tools). For example, the product manager is going to partner with SFDC and internal Customer Service operations teams to optimize the use of SFDC for agents.

As part of this role, you will create and synthesize a product vision into key technical decisions and partner daily with non-technical and technical business partners across many teams at Coinbase including, Product, Engineering, Machine Learning, Customer Service Operations, Compliance, and Security. You will develop user personas and define and prioritize use cases for each persona to build a backlog and a roadmap for the applications you will be working on. You will work with teams across Coinbase to identify the technical owners of various knowledge bases applicable for CX Agents, partner with them and the CB ML team to integrate these knowledge bases with CBs LLM. You have solid working product, design and technical skills to build and deliver simple and intuitive products. You also have experience working with third party SaaS applications like Amazon Connect, SFDC. This position will manage the third-party risk management (TPRM) team responsible for understanding and managing risk associated with third parties that the company does business and/or shares data. The TPRM team works to identify and assess information security, business continuity, operational, technology, financial and other risks, communicate this risk to stakeholders and consult with them to develop mitigation strategies to reduce the risk.

This position is responsible for managing the work environment, partnering with senior leaders to identify workforce needs, and ensuring performance against corporate manager expectations, values, and vision.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

TPRM TeamManagement

50% Manages team of TPRM professionals including hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and development of team members.

  • Leads the design and continuous improvement of third-party risk assessment processes including the development and maintenance of procedures, automation, artifacts, and metrics to be used in the assessment of third parties.
  • Drives the identification of new third-party risks and leads the TPRM teams design and implementation of new risk assessment procedures to address those risks.
  • Leads the identification, evaluation, acquisition, and implementation of new technologies, inclusive of Artificial Intelligence (AI) bases technologies, to support the TPRM program.
  • Provides input into the TPRM budget.

TPRM Operations

45% Oversees the capture high level information for third-party engagements, including analysis of the business environment, the data involved, how the business will use the vendor and the business criticality of the processes the vendor will support.

  • Applies inherent risk scoring and business intelligence to determine level of due diligence required.
  • Manages the TPRM team as it assesses and evidences the existence and efficacy of third-party information security and other risk controls and recommend treatment as needed to align with Standards risk appetite and information security standards; consult with stakeholders to mitigate risk.Ensures that all risk review documentation is complete and accurate in addressing the risks to The Standard.
  • Advises business on any changes requested by third parties to security and privacy provisions of our contracts.
