What you will be doing:

The Principal Statistical Programmer will lead and support all programming activities per the project strategies. The incumbent should be able to work independently implementing and executing the programming and project standard to support ongoing clinical studies and requests for study report, regulatory submission, and ad hoc/post hoc analysis. The incumbent will work closely with internal partnering functions, stakeholders, and external functional service providers to ensure all the programming deliverables are delivered in timely manner with high quality. Provides documentation and consistent maintenance of code, logs, and output in a regulated environment. The incumbent will participate in and contribute to department goals and SME topics

  • Lead programming support within multiple studies/projects in various study activities to ensures timely and high-quality programming deliverables in assigned projects and areas. Develop and maintain programming documentations and specifications following programming standards and processes
  • Demonstrate company values by demonstrating excellence, competence, collaboration, innovation, respect, ownership, and accountability
  • Understand the scope of work, plan and complete the deliveries and timelines with the study team, programming lead and management
  • Support global regulatory authority submissions including preparing programming deliverable for submission and working closely with partnering functions to address health authority requests.
  • Participate and contribute towards department goals and SME topics
  • Mentor and Coach new hires and junior programmers.

You are:

MS. (BS) in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science or related discipline with 5+ (6+) years of programming experience preferably in processing clinical trial data in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical or health related industry. SAS Certification desirable

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in SAS programming skills in a clinical data environment with excellent analytical skills. Knowledge of other programming languages such as R, Python etc. is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical clinical development (i.e., understanding of statistical concepts, techniques, and clinical trial principles). Knowledge of regulatory submissions and requirements is a plus

About the Position

A hybrid Digital Project Manager/Account Manager is familiar with web technology and digital project management. The primary function is to bring the right people together to devise solutions, work through problems, and deliver projects successfully. This role will manage distributed, cross-functional project teams of strategists, designers, and developers and facilitate collaboration with our clients: understanding their business needs, audiences, and short- and long-term goals, and using that information to implement strategic initiatives. This PM will develop and maintain project plans and tools to successfully manage budget, timelines, and risk. This role is expected to skillfully balance business and client needs, nurture relationships, and communicate effectively, both verbal and non-verbal. The work may include large-scale websites, app redesigns or ongoing continuous innovation partnerships.

Well-qualified candidates will have:

  • 3+ years of project management experience including delivering full-cycle web projects, project scheduling, resourcing, and financial management
  • 2+ years of experience with direct client interface and managing relationships
  • Familiarity with Scrum and agile methodology

Job Summary

The Sr. Software Engineer Salesforce is responsible for administering and developing F&Gs existing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud applications, and for supporting the buildout of additional Salesforce products and integrations as part of F&Gs long term growth and customer engagement strategies. This position will be primarily responsible for day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, training and support for our Salesforce applications, and will regularly be coding, testing, deploying and documenting enhancements of varying sizes and complexity to support key business objectives and provide for continual improvement of the applications. As Technical Launch Manager, you will be responsible for cross-functional coordination of the assigned Live show, partnering closely with all the Engineering teams in the critical path of Live, and stakeholders in Product, Production and Marketing.

Before the event, you will ensure that all partners are aligned on team responsibilities and show-specific features (broadcast technology, localization and accessibility requirements, social and marking needs, member-facing features,and follow-up on execution. You will lead readiness reviews and assess risks and help drive them to resolution. You will schedule, coordinate and document pre-event testing and validation. You will plan for and coordinate the day-of-event launch (virtual) room presence and on-calls.

During the event, you will act as the call leader and manage communication across different teams. You will perform hands-on execution of operational steps if needed. You will track issues and coordinate escalations with incident managers and relevant service owners.

After the event, you will compile operations summaries and coordinate retrospectives.
