This role will lead a technology and analytics team that optimizes employee experiences and delivers agile solutions and operational effectiveness that aligns with our workforce and business needs. In this role, you will proactively lead system design of problem-solving solutions along with impactful data insights that drive talent and business strategies. You will also lead and manage a team of skilled technology and analytics professionals that drive enabling technologies and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the VP of HR Technology & Operations, this position will work from a home office within the United States and travel several times per year for in-person meetings and events. Candidates must reside permanently within the US to be considered.
What can you expect from the position?
- Responsible for leading all HR systems strategy and operations, while providing forward leaning new technical solutions across the company.
- Leads people analytics strategy, data insights and solutions; including dashboards and predictive analytic capabilities.
- Functions as a strong customer service minded partner with employees, Human Resources Partners, Centers of Excellence (COE) and business leaders on systems delivery.
- Develops HR Technology governance, including intake and prioritization to ensure on time in scope delivery.
- Defines vision and leads team through process improvements, using benchmarking, employee experience needs, HR and business objectives.
- Researches HR technology trends and advises key stakeholders to inform future strategies and roadmaps.
- Builds roadmap for enabling technology effectiveness for processes, including automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) design in partnership with HR services and business technology functions.
- Optimizes technology solutions to streamline with a self-service lens and data-driven decision making.
- Ensures the data integrity of HR systems and supports future growth of data for analytical insights.
- Leads a team of HR technology and analytics professionals, providing guidance, coaching and development.

Quantic is looking for subject matter experts to help write, review, and revise lesson content on marketing analytics to be included in an executive education program for aspiring CMOs.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of two or more of these topics:
- Content marketing analytics
- Maximizing return on investment
- Google analytics
- Search engine optimization
The Subject Matter Expert (SME) will draw on their education and/or experience to provide a scope and sequence document for each course topic in their area of expertise and accessible explanations of content and key concepts. Theyll also review content that our instructional designers and instructional writers develop and, if necessary, advise its revision.
This is a fully remote, part-time, 1099 contractor position involving roughly 15 hours per week for 4-6 months.The hourly rate is dependent on experience and credentials.
Essential Functions:
- Provide robust and current lesson content in the subject area.
- Recommend reference materials for further content development.
- Serve as a resource for instructional designers and writers.
- Collaborate with the instructional design team on course content, reviewing lessons in our platform, answering any questions and advising the implementation of any suggestions.
Requirements
- Masters degree in related field; PhD a plus or 5+ years of industry experience directly related to the content area or prior experience writing content in one or more of the topic areas.
- Expert understanding of one (or more) of the four marketing analytics areas, ideally stemming from a combination of graduate-level education and years of hands-on experience in the field.
- Proficiency with one (or more) of the four topics, derived from practical application in professional settings.
- Ability to expertly identify the most important, useful, and currently relevant components within the topic area.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Patience and a willingness to answer questions and help ensure all lessons meet our quality standards.
- Excellent and timely communication skills, including providing schedule availability.

We are looking for a passionate, innovative and accomplished Experience Strategist and Researcher to join our growing Experience Design team. Working closely with product leaders, designers, researchers, and technologists, you will establish best practices, toolkits, and implement user-centered design processes for new and existing initiatives. Under the direction of the Vice President of Experience Design you will conduct generative research, identify key insights, and deliver strategic recommendations.
