Overview:
The Business Objects Developer is responsible for technical development and support of complex reports using Business Objects suite. This includes creating custom BO Universes and reports and deploying through an approved publishing mechanism. The candidate will be responsible for working with the Business Objects team to understand and communicate data definitions for BO Universe deployment. The candidate must be able to understand and report from OLAP cubes and dimensional data models. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and able to work with minimum supervision.
Responsibilities:
. Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum TRAVEL”>TRAVEL”>meetings.
. Estimate Level of Effort (LOE) for backlog items.
. Develop and modify new/existing universes and reports.
. Test developed reports to validate whether requirements have been met.
. Assist testers during system testing, as necessary.
Education/Skills/ Minimum Qualifications:
. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
. 5+ years’ experience in SAP BO/Crystal Report and Universe development.
. Experience with Business Objects Version 4.x and higher.
. Experience with Universe Designer, Information Design Tool, BI Portal, Web Intelligence reports.
. Extensive use of back-end functions, tables, views required by the business objects universes, Understanding of BOXI functionality.
. Experience of security hierarchy implementations in conjunction with BO.
. Strong understanding of data warehousing, data marts, relational and dimensional data modeling, star schema design, fact and dimension tables.
. Demonstrated understanding of ETL processes, data mapping, DTS, Informatica.
. Strong skills in creating and using complex SQL queries, Views and validating reports/back-end data.
. Strong Data Analysis skills with Database knowledge and experience with database query tools and languages (MS SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Developer/Toad).
. Ability to present data in a meaningful and visual way
. Verbal and written communication skills
. Extensive experience in data definitions and mapping.
. Must have hands on ability to design and build a data mart, business objects universe, and WebI reports.
. Experience with large datasets, 96 million records per day, a plus. Experience with transactional concepts a plus.

Your main tasks will be:
- Conducting experiments with LLMs: Explore and analyze the effectiveness of different architectures and techniques (SFT, RLHF, Adapters, etc.) to enhance the capabilities of AI models;
- Developing and implementing evaluation methodologies: Implement and maintain robust frameworks to assess the performance, accuracy, and user satisfaction of AI bots, including offline and online metrics;
- Optimizing models for inference: Improve the efficiency and speed of AI models during inference to ensure they meet the performance and scalability requirements for production environments;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into the overall product pipeline.
We expect from you:
- Proficiency in Python, algorithms, and mathematics: Strong coding skills in Python and a solid foundation in algorithms, linear algebra, probability, and statistics;

The Position:
Xerox is seeking a self-motivated and experienced professional to join our Global Bid Center team as a **Strategic Bid Manager** . This individual will be responsible for leading our pursuit and capture teams (global and multi-country) on large deals, developing a compelling strategy and proposal/submission to win business.
