Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist\lead with design, deployment, and management Microsoft 365 and Entra solutions including but not limited to CoPilot. Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, and Single Sign On
  • Drive adoption of M365 services, using technology to solve user or business unit workflow needs
  • Assist with design, deployment, transition, and management of cloud identity services such as Conditional Access, MFA, and Single Sign On as required as part of a long-term security strategy
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for cloud migration, operations, adoption, and governance
  • Ensure the security, compliance, and performance of the environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Microsoft 365 and Entra services

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 + years of experience of PowerShell scripting
  • 3 + years of experience of Enterprise scale end-to-end solutions on Microsoft 365 (E5) security components such as Microsoft Defender Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), Microsoft Data Loss Prevention, Microsoft Information Protection, advanced e-discovery etc.
  • 3 + years of experience of Identity protection and security tools in Entra ID
  • 3 + years of experience of Office 365 Identity synchronization – planning, design, and deployment of AAD connect service for Office 365 identity management
  • 3 + years of experience of Hands-on Experience in Planning, Design & Deployment of Exchange 2016 / 2019, Exchange Online and Office 365 onboarding
  • 3 + years of experience of MS Teams deployment
  • 3 + years of experience of SharePoint Online and OneDrive configuration
  • 2 + years of experience of Entra conditional access with office 365 and third-party applications

What the day will look like

This role is tasked with quality service delivery for their Defined Benefit Pension clients. The Associate will require the ability to perform all functions necessary to ensure the continuous efficient operation of our clients’ pension plan arrangements.

+ Calculate benefit entitlements on retirement, termination, death and marriage breakdown;

+ Conduct calculations on PAs, PSPAs and PARs and preparation of applicable filing forms;

+ Prepare indexation and annual pension statements;

+ Perform year-end update of plan records, including the reconciliation of the membership, contributions and trust fund;

+ Prepare government forms including Annual Information Return, Form 7 and PBGF forms;

+ Assist with testing the pension system for new and existing clients according to the plan provisions and administrative requirements;

+ Assist with maintaining standard operation procedures;

+ Respond to member calls and facilitate requests;

+ Maintenance of members’ records; and

+ Other duties as required.

+ Experience in yearend tasks (PAs, PARs, Indexation, Annual Statements, etc.); calculating and reporting PAs, PSPAs and PARs;

+ Knowledge of related provincial and federal pension legislation and Income Tax Act provisions;

+ Good oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a team;

+ Experience with pension administration systems, strong spreadsheet competencies and math proficiency required;

  • Support EHS outage Plan creation and signoff on EHS readiness tasks
  • Orchestrate with leadership, EHS framework deployment inclusive of hazard heat map and proactive actions.
  • Provide day-to-day EHS support for service activities.
  • Provide immediate, direct support to field service employees that work at customer sites. Inclusive of training, inspections, customer interaction around planning and job execution. They are the first line contact for the field service engineers as they manage day to day EHS issues in service work.
  • Monitor outages EHS performance & organization level EHS performance.
  • Lead and monitor active EHS investigations.
  • Audit activities, & develop corrective, and preventive action to close any potential gaps.
  • Initiate risk reduction projects & continuous improvement plans based on leadership dialogs, data trending and frontline listening sessions.
  • Build and measure Site EHS professional competency and performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in curriculum related to Health & safety, or the equivalent in training and experience with a minimum of 10 years in an EHS related position in construction, power generation, or technical industry.
  • 10+ years of field experience
  • 8+ years of auditor experience
  • 3+ years’ experience with Taproot or similar methodology
  • Ability and willingness to travel 40% globally with minimal notice required, and as per business need.
  • English proficiency required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable in using ticketing systems, particularly familiar with Zendesk and Hubspot
  • Comfortable utilizing web-based software tools such as Confluence, Jira, Datadog and Tableau
  • Familiarity and comfort with Code, API, SFTP, Encompass, Docutech, Auth0, and development tools are advantageous
